What Workseed is

Workseed is a cloud-based learning management system for vocational education, higher education, and corporate training. Its work-based learning workflows cover contracts through learning documentation, and workplace supervisors can access them without creating an account. For competency learning, users can build individualized paths, align goals with curricula, and provide remote guidance. Corporate training can cover onboarding, safety, product and sales training, and competency certificates. Courses can be created and curated with native tools and H5P. Listed integrations include Entra ID and Microsoft 365 login, Dynamics CRM, Salesforce, Turnitin, SimTrainer, LTI, SCORM, and H5P. A separate Data API add-on can export platform content, student performance and assessments, and timesheets. Workseed identifies Microsoft Azure as its SaaS provider and says its turnkey service includes maintenance, updates, data safety, and backups. For EU/EEA users, its privacy statement says servers are hosted in the EU and data is not transferred outside the EU/EEA, although it may be accessed from elsewhere to provide the service. Internship documents can be created, approved, and archived for up to five years. Pricing is offered per organization as fixed or usage-based.

Limits
