What StageFlow is

StageFlow manages French internship agreements from student submission through signing. Students submit details that the platform uses to prepare prefilled convention de stage documents, then DocuSign sends each agreement to the parties in the configured order. An audit trail accompanies signing, and automatic notifications alert relevant people when an agreement's status changes. The web platform provides tailored views for internship offices, students, and employers, including an employer portal and placement and approval workflows. Institutions can set approval stages, required fields, signing order, and notification rules to fit their process. Reporting includes charts by cohort, employer, and status, as well as filtered CSV exports. Student and programme data can be exported as CSV, but direct student information system integrations are still under development. StageFlow stores structured agreement-management data and does not keep PDF contracts on its servers. Hosting is configured per institution in line with GDPR obligations. The institutional subscription is billed annually, with pricing on request. Subscriptions include setup support, configuration assistance, and ongoing access to the StageFlow team. The site says the service is deployed at a Parisian art and design university and is onboarding new institutions.
