VIDAREO
What VIDAREO is
VIDAREO combines screen and camera recording, asynchronous video messages, live meetings, and a teleprompter for sales teams. Users can record a screen, camera, or both, then share a link. The teleprompter has adjustable speed and font size; users can write scripts or have AI draft them. Presentation mode supports PDF and PowerPoint slides with camera narration. Live meetings support up to four people, with screen sharing and recordings saved to a video library. Videos can be shared by email, LinkedIn, or custom landing pages. Tracked links support reactions, comments, and video replies, while analytics show who watched, how long, and when they engaged. The service has web, iOS, and Android apps, plus a Chrome extension for browser-tab recording. The Free plan costs nothing and allows five recordings and five shares or emails per month, with a two-minute maximum per video and 720p quality. Team is $15 a month, billed at $180 per user annually; Professional is $19.95 a month, billed at $239.40 annually.
