Truffle is an AI screening platform that brings resume screening, asynchronous one-way video interviews, and talent assessments into one hiring workflow. It is designed for small teams handling high-volume hiring, including owners, one-person people teams, in-house recruiters, and small staffing agencies. The platform scores candidates against criteria defined by the employer and shows the reasons behind each score; it does not automatically reject or advance applicants. Its assessments cover Personality, Situational Judgment, and Environment Fit. Interviews are recorded, transcribed, and supported by scorecards, but interview scheduling is not included.
