What Trainero is

Trainero combines coaching tools, client access, management, and sales for coaching businesses. Coaches can create workout and diet plans, online courses, and shared content; organize clients and groups; track progress; and chat. Clients use the Client App to view plans, follow progress, browse a calendar, and message their coach. A manager CRM and built-in store are included. The store supports unlimited products, one-time or monthly-fee products, voucher codes, automated payment reminders, and custom domains. Listed payment methods include Stripe, PayPal, Swish, Square, Klarna, and Paytrail. Trainero offers a JSON REST API and webhooks for external connections and CRM synchronization. Store tracking can use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and Google Tag Manager, with Excel report exports. Premium costs $30 a month, billed monthly, for up to 200 plans; Ultra costs 60.00 USD monthly for up to 600. Both include unlimited clients, groups, and co-trainers. A White Label Plan has custom pricing.
