What TrackMyRent is
TrackMyRent is a web rental-management service for individual landlords in France. Its dashboard shows received, overdue, and upcoming rent while recording amounts due and paid for each tenant. Paid plans create PDF rent receipts containing the statements required by article 21 of France’s 6 July 1989 law. Receipts can be sent by email, SMS, or WhatsApp through a secure download link valid for three months. Multiple tenants can share a property while keeping separate rent, payment history, and receipt records. The service works offline and synchronizes data when connectivity returns. TrackMyRent says data is encrypted in transit and at rest, hosted in the European Union, and not used for advertising tracking. The free plan covers two properties and four tenants. Plus costs €29.90 a year for up to five properties and 15 tenants; Pro costs €89.70 a year with unlimited properties and templates, all notifications, CSV export, and priority support. A 30-day trial is offered.
