Thymo is a cloud-based employee feedback platform for continuous listening and engagement insights. It supports pulse, peer, 360° and exit surveys, plus feedback workflows and anonymous surveys. Employer ratings appear only with at least 14 other people’s ratings, and data points are randomly shifted. Thymo says machine learning and AI turn people data into actionable analytics. Microsoft Azure Active Directory single sign-on, optional HRIS integration and a secure reporting API are available.
