The record

Purpose: Rhōmb’s built-in online waiver system collects and manages waivers digitally as part of the booking flow.
Signing flow: Waivers are prompted before checkout and use mobile-friendly forms.
Minors: A guardian must sign, and participants under 18 must be listed with their names and birthdays.
Waiver records: Waivers are linked to the guardian’s account and need to be signed once unless the guardian updates them or an administrator modifies them.
Admin controls: Administrators can customize waiver content, define signers and participants, and choose which products require account or guest waivers.
Group bookings: Party hosts can share a personalized guest waiver link, track completion, and have access codes sent after guests sign.
Waiver administration: Administrators can view and print guest waivers, access guest profiles, and monitor event completion.
Integration: Rhōmb integrates with Brivo Access, and Brivo mobile passes can be issued to customers after purchase through the Rhōmb eCommerce site.
Security offering: Rhōmb says its access-control integration authorizes customer entry after purchase and its pricing page lists API services in each displayed plan.
Support: Rhōmb offers a support ticket form, knowledge base, email, and phone support from 8 AM to 8 PM ET, Monday through Friday.
Intended customers: Rhōmb says its cloud platform is purpose-built for businesses such as indoor playgrounds, gyms, and coworking spaces that sell access to a space.
