What Prexira is

Prexira is an asset-operations platform for organizations that manage equipment, sites, and maintenance work. It connects asset owners, vendors, contractors, and auditors in one hub, with asset records and history tracked from commissioning through decommissioning. Teams can schedule preventive and predictive maintenance, monitor asset health, and create, assign, track, and close work orders with an audit trail. It also supports inspection workflows, service dispatch, service contract management, and compliance records.

The web-based service includes Android and iOS field apps. Field teams can scan QR codes, work offline, add photo evidence, and capture acceptance signatures on screen. Prexira lists integrations with Normexus ISO 55001 and Jira, along with API keys and webhooks. It says data is encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS 1.3, and that access is role-based. Hosting is on AWS in us-east-1; Enterprise customers can request EU hosting. Customers have 60 days after cancellation to export data in CSV or JSON before secure deletion.

The Founder offer is $55 a month, with a 15-day trial and no credit card required. Starter is $399 a year, billed annually. Professional costs $799 a year, billed annually; Enterprise requires a quote.
