The record

What it does: Nextro is a booking and payments platform for appointment-based service businesses, with a shareable booking page where customers choose a service, book, and pay upfront.
Intended users: The maker lists beauty and hair professionals, wellness and therapy practices, fitness and movement businesses, and other appointment-based services as its intended users.
Booking pages: Each business gets a public booking page with a shareable link and live availability.
Payments: Card payments are processed through Stripe Connect and routed directly to the business’s connected bank account; Nextro says it does not hold customer funds.
Payment methods: The platform supports card payments, manually logged cash payments, and prepaid booking credit packs whose credits are deducted automatically as customers book.
Scheduling and reminders: The pricing page lists automatic availability up to one year ahead, automated email confirmations, and customer reminders.
Other booking features: The pricing page lists group class bookings, cancellation policy enforcement, deposits, no-show protection, waitlist management, customer management, and earnings reports.
Integrations and sharing: Nextro identifies Stripe for payments and says booking links can be shared on Instagram, WhatsApp, Google, or elsewhere.
Security: Nextro says data is encrypted in transit using TLS and stored encrypted at rest in Google Firebase, and card details are processed by Stripe rather than stored by Nextro.
Privacy and compliance: Nextro says it complies with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 and provides rights to access, correct, and request deletion of personal data.
Support: Nextro offers email support with a stated 1–2 business day response aim, WhatsApp for quick questions, and a help centre with step-by-step guides.
Pricing and trial limits: The 14-day trial requires a valid card, and the maker says there is no charge during the trial; subscriptions can be cancelled before it ends.
Company: The contact page identifies the company as NEXTROUK LTD, registered in England and Wales, with a registered office in Shrewsbury, England.
Headquarters: 8 Rodington Fields, Shrewsbury, SY4 4FE, United Kingdom
