What mobilit.ee is
mobilit.ee is a paid digital form and data-collection service that replaces paper processes with information sent directly to the required destination. Its template designer lets teams create forms for timesheets, vehicle checks, safety audits, service reports, and other workflows. Forms can collect photos, locations, and signatures. Data collection works through Android, iPad, and iPhone apps, with web and API platforms also available. Zapier connectivity sends collected information to hundreds of popular apps, while a documented REST API supports custom-code connections. The API uses JSON over HTTPS and Basic authentication with an API key as the password. The service describes dedicated servers as supporting performance and security. Plans are Starter at €9 a month for one user, Medium at €89 a month for 15 users, and Large at €799 a month for 150 users; additional-user fees vary by plan, and prices exclude VAT. mobilit.ee OÜ is based in Tallinn, Estonia.
