MindOnMap

What MindOnMap is

MindOnMap is an online tool for creating mind maps and diagrams, including flowcharts, organization charts, timelines, and Gantt charts. It offers templates, offline mode, and AI features that can turn an idea into a mind map; AI chat and image upscaling use credits. Maps save automatically, and files in personal accounts are stored in the cloud and synced across devices. The tool supports web, Windows, and macOS, with exports to JPG, PNG, SVG, PDF, Markdown, and TXT on paid plans. Free exports are JPEG or PNG with a watermark. The Free Use plan costs nothing and allows three map files, 50 nodes per map, 100 AI credits, and one account on up to two devices. The pricing note lists paid access from $6/mo (annual). The FAQ says importing maps from other apps is currently unavailable. The privacy policy says edited map content is not read or collected, and describes encryption in transit for highly confidential information.

Who it suits

MindOnMap may suit students, educators, business workers, and creative workers who need maps or other diagrams. Its offline mode and automatic cloud syncing may also be useful across different working situations.
