Kolab Now

What Kolab Now is

Kolab Now is a paid email and groupware service made by Kolab Now, headquartered in Bern, Switzerland. It is available through the web and on Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android. Each mailbox has 5 GB of storage, and the service supports IMAP and SMTP mail protocols. Custom domains are supported, allowing use with a domain you choose. Kolab Now does not provide end-to-end encryption. There is no free plan, but a 30-day trial is available. The Secure Email plan costs 5 CHF a month, billed monthly, and includes 5 GB of storage. Full Kolab Groupware costs 9.90 CHF a month, also billed monthly, with 5 GB of storage. The listed starting price is 5 CHF per user per month. Buyers can therefore choose between a focused email plan and a broader groupware plan while keeping the same stated mailbox storage allowance. Its cross-platform availability covers desktop operating systems, mobile devices, and browser access, while standard IMAP and SMTP support allows use with compatible mail software.
