What EYP Ops is

EYP Ops is a connected operations system for restaurant purchasing, inventory and finance. Its Orders, Inventory and Finance modules share item, supplier and outlet data. Orders handles purchase orders, delivery matching, invoice queues, supplier payments, returns and aging reports. The inventory ledger records purchases, recipe consumption, transfers, waste, production and count adjustments as source-linked stock movements. It combines recipe-based expected consumption with actual period consumption to calculate food cost.

Finance includes accounts payable, cash registers, bank reconciliation, profit-and-loss views and QuickBooks Online export workflows. Listed integrations include Orion POS, QuickBooks Online CSV export, bank CSV import, WhatsApp Business deep links, SMTP email, Excel and CSV imports, and invoice image OCR. EYP Ops states that it uses tenant isolation, encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, append-only stock records, audit trails and role-based access. It also describes scheduled backups and a recoverable window for customer deletion requests.

The product is aimed at Dubai and GCC restaurant groups, cafes, cloud kitchens, hotel food and beverage teams, chefs, purchasing teams and finance controllers. It is available on Android, iOS and the web. EYP Ops says it is in beta and actively being developed, so some features may be incomplete or contain errors.
