ERI Salary Assessor

ERI Salary Assessor is a web-based resource for salary benchmarking and compensation planning. ERI says it covers salary ranges for more than 19,600 positions in over 9,400 locations worldwide. Users can compare as many as 3,000 benchmark jobs, or examine one position across up to 3,000 locations. Pay calculations can take geography, industry, organization size, planning date, skills, education, certifications, direct oversight, and shift work into account. For roles that combine duties, users can build a hybrid job from up to nine component positions and weight each one. Salary data can be ranked, sorted, saved, and exported as PDF. ERI says the database is updated twice each quarter, and the product includes job matching and pay equity analysis. HRIS employee-data sync is documented through API or SFTP for systems including ADP, BambooHR, Dayforce, and UKG. Distinct employee job titles must first be added as internal titles in the organization profile for sync. ERI describes SOC 2 Type 2 controls, AES-256 encryption at rest, and TLS 1.2+ in transit.
