Teams can import BPMN 2.0 maps from applications such as BPMOne and Microsoft Visio. Maps can be exported as BPMN, Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint or PDF files. Publishing processes from Modeler to Viewer creates a digital handbook containing work instructions, details and hyperlinks to the organisation’s IT environment. The platform supports process documentation, version history and BPMN. It is available on Android, iOS, web and Windows.

Subscriptions include unlimited Azure data storage and phone or email support. The company’s site displays an ISO 27001 Certified badge and says Modeler is hosted in Microsoft Azure.
