Ellie drafts replies to existing Gmail and Outlook messages in the user’s writing style. After connecting an inbox, it can read threads and sent mail, learn tone and sign-offs, and save proposed replies in the Drafts folder. You review every draft; Ellie does not send messages automatically and does not write cold emails. Email categories can have separate reply roles, tones and knowledge bases. Business and Professional plans can use documents or a website URL as drafting context. Connected inboxes include Gmail, Google Workspace, Outlook, Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online.
