What DayLock is
DayLock is a time-blocking planner for Android and iOS that combines schedules with real alarms. You can create a day plan yourself or describe it in plain English so its AI planner can propose time blocks, categories, and alarms. Native alarms sound when blocks start and end, are designed to bypass Do Not Disturb, and include nine built-in sounds. Recurring tasks, recurring blocks, templates, focus sessions, and device-calendar import support repeatable planning. Imported calendar events are processed locally when you start an import. DayLock records completion rates, daily streaks, and planned-versus-actual time. Schedules, blocks, templates, alarms, and analytics are stored on the device, and no account is required. AI prompts are sent to an external provider for processing, not stored on DayLock servers, and stated not to be used for model training. Optional cloud backups are encrypted before leaving the device. The free plan includes unlimited time blocks and analytics; Pro costs £7.99 per month after a 7-day trial and allows 15 AI planning requests daily.
