clearMDM is a Salesforce-native data management product for cleansing, matching, merging, governing and maintaining customer records as Golden Records. It installs inside a Salesforce org and runs there, while the maker says it does not store or access Salesforce customer data. Administrators can configure and tune matching rules for standard and custom Salesforce objects, then merge matched records on a schedule, in real time or manually after review. Governance controls include survivorship rules, merge history, field-level lineage and rollback. The Data Steward Agent adds AI-assisted duplicate resolution and stewardship automation inside Salesforce Agentforce. clearMDM is a Salesforce-certified Managed Package that the maker says Salesforce periodically reviews and recertifies. Compatibility requires Salesforce Enterprise or Unlimited Edition, or above. Licensing is per production Salesforce org on an annual basis, with no user limit; record limits vary by edition. The Basic plan is £5,000 a year and the Mid plan is £10,000 a year. A five-day trial includes Enterprise Edition features and may be extended by contacting support.
