A different AAC app may suit someone better if its input methods, vocabulary, language tools, or caregiver supports fit their needs more closely. Cboard’s registered users can save personalized boards; non-registered users cannot safely save changes. Voice availability depends on platform, and offline support is specified for Chrome on desktop and Android. Before switching, consider who will use the app, how they select and build messages, which devices and languages matter, whether offline use is needed, and what the available plan costs.
