What CampOrganizer is

CampOrganizer brings registration, payments, staffing, daily operations, family communication, learning, and reporting together in a camp management platform. It supports online registration, forms and waivers, schedules, teams, staff management, attendance, incident reporting, galleries, analytics, and data exports. Its intended settings include summer and day camps, overnight and specialty camps, after-school programs, youth organizations, and university pre-college programs. Separate experiences serve operators, staff, families, and participants: Camp Hub and Session Console are for operators, Counselor Mobile for staff, Family for parents and guardians, and Explorer for participants. Family, Counselor Mobile, and Explorer are mobile apps, with web experiences also available. CampOrganizer describes role-based access, encryption in transit and at rest, consent and data-rights workflows, and structured exports. It says sensitive children’s data is role-scoped, with the most sensitive values revealed one at a time alongside a reason and a log. New customers can use a first-session trial for up to two weeks, at All-Inclusive level for up to 100 active children, without payment details during setup or trial.

The All-Inclusive plan is €525 per month for up to 100 children active at once; Usage-Based costs €0.25 per participant per event or €1.00 per participant per day. Organizations with free participation open to the public may qualify for free All-Inclusive use, subject to individual review.
