What Bundus is

Bundus is an operational app for rental, service and event businesses, bringing bookings, inventory, invoicing and a professional website into one service. It is designed for rental operators and also serves service businesses such as caterers, photographers, DJs and mobile bartenders. Inventory tools track what a business owns, what is committed, and what is available across date ranges, while flagging booking conflicts. Users can send priced proposals for online acceptance and turn accepted quotes into bookings. Invoices can be created from bookings, exported as PDFs, and used to record payments and track outstanding balances. Bundus also creates agreements from bookings, collects electronic signatures, and keeps signed copies attached to jobs with an audit trail. Its features include delivery scheduling, online booking and return tracking. Customers can pay invoices by card, bank transfer or USSD, with funds settling to the business bank. The pricing comparison lists ICS calendar sync and Google Search Console connectivity for storefront search data and sitemap submission. The service tracks invoice income and payments, but Bundus says it is not accounting software. It is available on the web, Android and iOS.
