What BookYourMat is
BookYourMat is web software for scheduling, payments, and an AI receptionist at small Pilates, yoga, and fitness studios. Its receptionist, Becky, answers client texts over a studio’s SMS line and can check the calendar and a client’s package before booking. Studios can set recurring weekly schedules and create one-off or recurring admin bookings; clients can reschedule within the cancellation window. Bookings sync in both directions with an instructor’s Google Calendar, including the client name, class, and duration. The system includes packages, session tracking, gift cards, monthly memberships, and packs purchased for clients or their families. It matches Venmo payments by reading email from a connected Gmail account every 15 minutes; the maker says it also supports Zelle matching. Card payments go through Stripe, with card processing listed at about 2.9% + 30¢ per transaction. SMS is included without an extra per-message or per-line cost. Month-to-month plans start with Solo at $99 a month for one instructor and one location. The free trial lasts 30 days.
