Anker Power Station vs. Jackery and EcoFlow: What to Compare Before Buying

A useful Anker vs. Jackery vs. EcoFlow comparison starts with exact models. See how three roughly 1kWh stations differ in output, charging claims, weight and other buying factors.

Compare specific models, not brand names. Before buying an Anker, Jackery or EcoFlow portable power station, check stored energy (Wh), continuous AC output (W), surge needs, charging inputs, battery-life conditions, ports, weight, expansion options and warranty. The three roughly 1kWh examples below illustrate why “which brand is best?” is not enough: they differ in output, chemistry, weight and the way manufacturers describe charging and cycle life.

Start with the exact model and generation

Each brand sells products with different batteries, inverters, inputs and warranties. A comparison is useful only when it names the specific model and regional version. The EcoFlow figures below apply to the original DELTA (1000) named on its product page; they should not be treated as specifications for a newer DELTA model.

The figures in this comparison are manufacturer-published specifications, not independent test results. They do not establish usable capacity, conversion losses, real-world runtime, noise or field charging performance. Confirm the current listing and manual for the exact product and country before buying.

  • 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗖𝗵𝗼𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴: Recharge to 80% in just 50 minutes with a wall outlet, or use solar panels, your car, or the PD 3.1 USB-C port. Stay charged, no matter where you are.

Match capacity and output to your devices

Wh tells you how much energy is stored

Watt-hours (Wh) describe stored energy. Among these three cited models, the Jackery has the largest nominal capacity at 1,070Wh. That does not mean it can run every appliance longer in practice: actual runtime depends on the load, conversion losses and other operating conditions.

Continuous watts and surge watts answer different questions

Continuous AC output is the rate at which a station can supply power to a load. A higher Wh rating does not automatically let a station start or continuously run a high-wattage appliance. Check the device’s running watts and startup requirement against the station’s rated output and surge specification. Among these examples, Anker publishes the highest continuous figure at 1,800W; Jackery and EcoFlow also publish surge ratings, while the cited Anker page does not state one.

  • 𝟔 𝐖𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐞: Supports up to 400W solar input. Power up via AC + solar, a wall outlet, a generator, solar panels, an alternator charger, or a car outlet—anytime, anywhere.

Some models may advertise proprietary power-boost behavior, but its conditions can differ from rated or surge output. Check the manual for the exact model and appliance rather than assuming a boost mode will support a particular startup load.

Compare charging for your actual situation

Charging claims are tied to input method and mode. Anker’s 58-minute full recharge claim is specifically for UltraFast AC mode. Jackery lists about 1.58 hours for AC charging, and EcoFlow lists 1.6 hours for a full AC recharge on the original DELTA (1000). These manufacturer specifications are not results from a controlled, side-by-side test.

Anker SOLIX C1000 Gen 2 Portable Power Station | 1,024Wh LiFePO4 Battery, Full Charge in 49 Min, 2,000W Solar Generator (Peak 3,000W) for UPS, Outdoor and Emergency Use
  • 49 Min UltraFast Recharging: With upgraded HyperFlash tech, fully recharge at 1,600W—for outage prepping, camping trips, or tailgating events. Enable it in the Anker app.
  • 2,000W Output via 10 Ports: Delivers 2,000W (3,000W peak) and 1,024Wh capacity. Power up to 10 devices—ideal for emergency backup, remote work setups, tiny homes, and off‑grid living.
  • Compact and Portable: Easily carry, store, and move from room to room, your RV, or even on beach and park outings. C1000 Gen 2 is 14% smaller and 11% lighter than similar models.
  • 10 Years of InfiniPower: Built to last through years of daily backup and RV and van life. After 4,000 cycles, the battery still has at least 80% capacity.
  • 1.8 Hr Solar Recharging: Go fully off‑grid with sustainable power for tiny homes, camping RV off‑grid setups, and remote locations. Plug in 600W (60V max) of solar and recharge in just 1.8 hours.

If you plan to charge from a car or solar panels, compare the exact model’s input limits as well as its advertised charging rate. Check the manual for compatible voltage, current and connector requirements before choosing a panel or cable. A panel’s rated wattage alone does not establish that it is compatible or that it will deliver that input in actual conditions.

Read battery-life figures by their endpoint

Cycle-life numbers are meaningful only alongside the remaining-capacity threshold and the manufacturer’s conditions. Jackery lists 4,000 cycles to 70%+ capacity for the Explorer 1000 v2; EcoFlow lists 500 cycles to 80%+ capacity for the original DELTA (1000). Because the endpoints differ, these figures are not a like-for-like comparison and should not be read as a direct ranking of expected service life.

Port count and port types, as well as expansion support, should be checked on the product page and manual for the specific regional model. The cited specifications do not establish a comparable port mix or expansion capability for all three products, so no brand-wide conclusion follows from them.

Check warranty and regional terms before purchase

The product pages list a 3+2 year warranty for the Jackery Explorer 1000 v2 and 24 months for the original EcoFlow DELTA (1000). The cited Anker support page does not state a warranty term. Confirm the terms that apply to your country, seller and purchase, including any conditions for registration; do not assume a listed term applies identically in every region.

A practical comparison checklist

  1. List the loads. Record each device’s running watts, startup or surge needs, and the hours you expect to use it.
  2. Check output first. Confirm the station’s continuous AC rating can support the load, and verify surge requirements in the manual.
  3. Estimate energy needs. Use the devices’ expected use to judge required Wh, while allowing for conversion losses rather than treating nominal capacity as fully usable AC energy.
  4. Match the charging method. Compare wall, car and solar inputs against your routine, and verify panel voltage, current and connector compatibility for the exact model.
  5. Compare ownership details. Check chemistry, cycle-life endpoint, weight, dimensions, ports, expansion options and warranty for the exact regional version.
  6. Verify the listing. Confirm generation, bundle, price, availability, seller and applicable warranty conditions before ordering.

Product prices and availability are accurate as of the date/time indicated and are subject to change. Any price and availability information displayed on Amazon at the time of purchase will apply.
