Collect each one when you reach its area: the guide says items can become missable after you leave, and the game has no Chapter Select. The routes below identify each upgrade by its nearby landmark and container.

These are walkthrough locations, not an official in-game map. The route descriptions below follow PowerPyx’s guide, published October 8, 2026.

Where to find each inventory upgrade
1. Statue-room security office
In the large room with the statue, head east into the security office. Look on the shelf beside the locked cabinet for the upgrade.
2. Graveyard save-point room
In the graveyard, enter the room containing the save point and check the green cabinet. The upgrade is inside.

3. Mansion upper-floor safe
Open the large safe on the mansion’s upper floor. The inventory upgrade is in the same safe as the SMG. To solve the combination puzzle, PowerPyx says to align the four gold sections in the middle; from the guide’s stated starting position, the sequence is Left, Top, Top, Top, Top.
4. Shack south of the pagoda
At the top of the hill south of the pagoda, search the shack’s safe. It contains the inventory upgrade and the shotgun’s Full Choke upgrade.
5. Sister of Mercy area
While sneaking around the Sister of Mercy, take the left side of the lower area first. Search the dead end: the upgrade is attached to the back of a chair with a body on it.

In the later area, head south from the fourth shop to the dead end and enter the room using keypad code 1362. The upgrade is on the ground beside a body. PowerPyx notes that maps in this area may display incorrectly, so use the shop and dead-end landmarks along with the code rather than relying on the map alone.

Why you should collect them as you go
PowerPyx reports that Hellraiser: Revival has no traditional chapter structure or Chapter Select, and that leaving an area can make its items missable. Treat each upgrade as a one-pass pickup: search the room before moving on rather than assuming you can return later.

An official PlayStation Blog interview describes lock-pick and safe-combination puzzles as ways to earn crafting resources, ammunition, upgrades, or a weapon. The interview quotes a speaker identified as Vid saying that players also need to manage inventory in a way similar to the Resident Evil games. The cited passage does not specify Vid’s role.
