What does Omid Pakseresht’s day look like?
The timings below are Pakseresht’s description of his own routine, not a verified or universal schedule. He says he usually wakes naturally between 7 and 7:30 a.m. and avoids snoozing. For the first 10 or 15 minutes, he keeps WhatsApp off so he can decide what matters before messages begin shaping the day. Coffee comes after that initial quiet period.

Pakseresht describes the day as moving from Asia to the UK and then to the US: Asia first, the UK through late morning and early afternoon, and US conversations in the evening. He says he works at home for a couple of hours before heading to the office. His stated challenge is to preserve his own rhythm instead of trying to match the pace of every time zone. “You set the tempo; you don’t let the traffic outside the window set it for you,” he says. That framing helps explain why his routine includes boundaries as well as availability: he cannot make the regions’ working hours coincide, but he can decide how he allocates his attention between them.
What fills his working day as SEPANTA grows?
Pakseresht says a typical day includes staying close to one or two client accounts, planning or delivering work, speaking with investors while preparing for a raise, and supporting someone on the leadership team. As the company has become more complex, he says his own role has shifted away from doing as much hands-on work and toward leading, influencing, and selling the plan.

He says customer wins create energy across the team, but the profile does not establish a specific recent win. His account presents the reward as shared momentum rather than naming a client or project.
Why does he protect dinner and work late?
Pakseresht says lunch can amount to a late breakfast or a pastry, while dinner receives a couple of hours and acts as a firm boundary in the day. After dinner, he returns to work at around 9:30 or 10 p.m. for three or four hours of concentrated effort, without calls or interruptions.

“The irony isn’t lost on me that the most productive part of my day has no meetings in it at all,” he says. His account distinguishes the evening block from the day’s regional calls and conversations: it is reserved for focused work rather than another round of meetings. He says he stops when the work is done, describing that decision as “its own kind of discipline.”

For organizing work on his Mac, he says he uses separate desktop spaces for different regions and major pieces of work. In a launch post, Pakseresht said GOODFOLIO became SEPANTA, with the same team, company, and values and a larger mission. SEPANTA’s official website provides the company’s own positioning for its enterprise AI offering.
