To move one note, use Google Keep’s Action > Send option on Android and choose another app. To move a larger collection, export your Keep data and import it into an app that specifically supports Google Keep exports. Keep the archive and check the results before relying on the new app as your only copy.

Send a single note from Google Keep on Android
- Open Google Keep on your Android phone or tablet.
- Open the note you want to transfer.
- Tap Action in the bottom-right corner, then tap Send.
- Choose Send via other apps, then select the destination app. Keep says the note’s contents are copied to that app, where you can edit them. Choose Copy to Google Docs instead if you want a Google Doc.
- Open the destination and check the note’s title, content, and any formatting or checklist structure that matters to you.
This method is convenient for a small number of notes, but it is a content-sharing action—not a documented full-library migration. Export and import a larger collection
1. Request a Google Keep data export
Use Google’s account export flow to request your Keep data. Google says the export can include note text and list items, voice recordings, drawings and images, as well as note color, pinned or archived state, collaborators, and labels. Some data may not be available for download on work or school accounts. Google Takeout Help
2. Keep the archive and inspect a sample
Download and retain the resulting archive. Before deleting notes or making the new app your only copy, open a sample of the exported notes and attachments to confirm that the material you care about is present.

3. Confirm that the destination supports Keep imports
Check the destination app’s current documentation before starting. The NotallyX project documentation lists Google Keep import, and Zoho Notebook provides a Google Keep migration guide. 4. Import and verify what matters
Follow the destination app’s own import instructions, then check representative notes: plain text, checklists, images or drawings, audio attachments, labels, pinned and archived state, and any other metadata you rely on. Keep the original archive until you are satisfied with the results.

- Whether its current documentation explicitly supports importing a Google Keep export.
- How it handles checklists, attachments, labels, and pinned or archived notes.
- Any stated file-size or import limits.
- Whether it runs on your Android device and supports the sync setup you need.
An export’s contents and an app’s ability to recreate them are separate matters. Google’s documentation describes what may be in the archive; the destination determines what it can import and how it represents those features. Google Workspace also says its organization Data Export tool cannot import Keep data back into Keep. That limitation applies to that organization tool, not every consumer export or destination-app workflow. Google Workspace Help
