What the listing does—and does not—confirm
The game listing describes an AFK World where players can earn rewards while resting. It does not state how long to stay, which rewards are available, how often they are granted, whether there are limits, or whether progress continues after leaving the game.
The listing also points players to the Roblox group and community server for rewards, codes, and update previews. It does not say that joining either community alone grants a reward, so check their current announcements rather than treating membership as a guaranteed claim method.

Do not assume generic Roblox rewards are enabled
Roblox creator documentation describes configurable engagement rewards, and Roblox Support explains a general friend-invite reward system. These sources describe Roblox features, not confirmed Clover Time mechanics. If the game shows an invite-reward banner, follow its instructions; otherwise, there is no confirmation that Clover Time offers friend-invite rewards.
