What is different about the Resident Evil Requiem Edition?
Nintendo’s U.S. product listing describes the Nintendo Switch 2 Pro Controller Resident Evil Requiem Edition as having “a gunmetal-black visual design with in-world newspaper articles” from the game. That is a documented appearance difference from the standard listing.
Nintendo does not provide an edition-specific specification or side-by-side comparison. Its listing therefore does not establish whether the special edition has different internal hardware, materials, buttons, firmware, or performance. It also does not establish that the edition changes gameplay.
What features does Nintendo list for the standard Switch 2 Pro Controller?

Are special-color Joy-Con 2 different?
Nintendo also lists Light Purple / Light Green Joy-Con 2. Its listing describes HD rumble, motion and mouse controls in compatible games, and a C Button on the right controller. The listing does not compare this color option with standard Joy-Con 2 or establish a distinct feature set.

Do not confuse special editions with Switch-generation changes
Nintendo’s support comparison between the Switch 2 Pro Controller and the original Nintendo Switch Pro Controller identifies the newer controller’s C Button on the front and GL/GR Buttons on the back, and notes a lighter top panel. Those are differences between controller generations—not evidence that the Resident Evil Requiem Edition differs from the standard Switch 2 Pro Controller. Joy-Con 2 attach magnetically, while original Joy-Con use rails on the earlier Switch; original Joy-Con grips also do not fit Joy-Con 2.
