The announcement does not explain how the model calculates its figures or identify any contract awarded through G-Cloud 15.
What is Panther’s Intelligence Model?
Panther describes the Intelligence Model as a way for recruitment agency leaders to see performance and gross profit in real time. The October 1, 2026 announcement does not specify which metrics it includes, how it calculates gross profit, what data feeds the model, or how its reports are presented. It also does not say that the model forecasts results or makes automated recommendations.
That makes the launch, as described, a real-time reporting capability rather than a defined predictive or AI tool. Agencies evaluating it would need to ask Panther how figures are calculated and whether the reporting aligns with their own definitions of performance and gross profit.
What Panther’s platform is for
Panther calls its platform an operating system for temporary recruitment. The company says it covers sourcing, compliance, scheduling, timesheets and pay, for agencies supplying temporary and shift-based workers in sectors including healthcare, education and hospitality. Its announcement names nurses, carers, teaching staff and kitchen crews as examples, and cites Jubilee Hospitality and Carestaff Solutions as platform users. Settings and interface changes
Panther says it streamlined around 2,000 configurable settings to help agencies get started faster. It also rolled out a broader user-experience reskin and launched a new website. The announcement does not detail which screens or workflows changed, or provide measurements of setup time before and after the update.
G-Cloud 15 framework placement
Panther says it secured a place on G-Cloud 15, a Crown Commercial Service framework. CEO and founder Ashling Coyle characterized the placement as opening a route to public-sector work. Framework placement is not itself evidence of an awarded contract: the announcement names no public-sector customer, contract value or resulting procurement.

Growth and scale figures Panther reported
Panther’s October 1, 2026 release says its client base doubled, but gives neither a starting nor ending client count. It also reports more than 300,000 candidate records, over 1.7 million compliance documents, more than 53,000 locations and a retention rate above 95%. These are company-reported figures in the announcement, not independently verified metrics; it does not define the measurement periods or methods for them.
Security and quality status
The same release says Panther is ISO 27001 certified and that ISO 9001 is in progress. These are statuses reported by the company in its announcement; the release does not provide independent verification or further certification details.
