- It can explain what it changed when resolving a comment.
- It cannot approve its own work or request changes; the listing says agents do not have those abilities.
This division matters: an agent may help turn contextual notes into edits, but the review-and-approval decision remains with a human.
Using mandatory review to hold publishing
For teams that need approval before content goes live, Flow offers a mandatory-review setting. According to the product listing, publishing is blocked until approval, and that block is enforced server-side. This is distinct from an ordinary review workflow, where a review can provide feedback without making approval a publishing prerequisite.
