Raycon’s Magic Laptop Power Bank 5-in-1 is a distinct laptop-focused model, not simply a new name for its older 10,000mAh Magic Power Bank. The newer unit is rated at 15,000mAh and up to 65W USB-C Power Delivery, making it a plausible backup for compatible USB-C laptops—especially ultraportables—but not a universal replacement for a laptop charger.
What Raycon introduced
Raycon’s laptop-capable product is called the Magic Laptop Power Bank 5-in-1. BGR reported its launch on November 7, 2024; the product is therefore not a new 2026 announcement. A UN38.3 battery-transport test report issued September 19, 2024 identifies a Raycon Magic Laptop Power Bank 5-in-1, model P301.96, providing documentary evidence that the product existed before the launch coverage. BGR’s launch report and the UN38.3 report give the dates and model context.
The key distinction is in the name: “Magic Laptop Power Bank 5-in-1” is the 15,000mAh, 65W model. The similarly named older “Magic Power Bank 5-in-1” is a lower-power mobile-device charger. Raycon’s product information says the older version may not provide enough power for laptops.

These specifications are from Raycon’s product page. Its 65W figure is a maximum USB-C PD rating, not a promise that every connected device receives 65W or that the unit sustains that output in every configuration. Raycon does not provide a complete combined-output table in the available product information.

Which laptops can it charge?
It is intended for laptops that accept USB-C Power Delivery and need no more than the bank’s 65W maximum under the relevant charging conditions. A notebook may charge slowly, hold its battery level, or continue losing charge if it needs more power than the bank supplies—particularly during demanding work. Proprietary charging requirements or incompatible USB-C charging behavior can also prevent useful charging.
BGR reported that the bank could charge a MacBook Air and 13-inch and 14-inch MacBook Pro models, while describing it as a poor fit for the 16-inch MacBook Pro. Those are reported examples, not a universal model-by-model compatibility guarantee; check the laptop maker’s charging requirements before relying on the power bank.

For a laptop that needs 90W, 100W, or 140W, this is not a full-power substitute for its adapter. It is better viewed as a way to extend working time or provide emergency power to a compatible lower-power notebook.

Raycon’s pages describe the older Magic Power Bank 5-in-1 and the laptop model separately. Do not choose the older 10,000mAh unit expecting the newer model’s 65W laptop capability.

What 65W and 15,000mAh mean in practice
65W is an output ceiling, not a guaranteed charging speed
Actual charging depends on the laptop’s USB-C PD requirements, the power profile negotiated with the bank, how many other devices are connected, and what the laptop is doing. Heavy workloads such as gaming, rendering, or compiling can use power faster than the bank supplies. In that situation, the laptop can remain connected to a power source while its battery percentage still falls.
Capacity does not translate directly into laptop recharges
The 15,000mAh figure describes battery capacity at the bank’s internal nominal voltage, not the amount of energy delivered to a laptop at USB-C output voltage. Voltage conversion and heat reduce usable energy, and a running laptop consumes incoming power as it works. A lightweight notebook with a smaller battery is a more plausible match than a gaming laptop or workstation, but no exact number of laptop recharges is established by the stated capacity alone.

What the five-in-one design covers
The five functions are charging interfaces and conveniences: the built-in USB-C cable, its iOS/Lightning converter, USB-C port, USB-A output, and 15W magnetic wireless charging pad. They should not be read as five independent high-power outputs. Raycon says the wireless pad can operate alongside wired outputs, but available information does not specify the total output split for every combination.
The digital display is a useful status indicator: Raycon says it shows remaining battery and current output. It does not establish that a connected device is receiving the maximum advertised wattage. Pass-through operation is also supported, although Raycon warns that speeds may fall when the power bank is charging itself while powering devices.

Price, returns, and warranty
In the product-page snapshot dated August 16, 2026, Raycon displayed a listed price of $119.98 and a sale price of $59.99, with a 50% promotion. The page’s price and discount can change, so check the official listing for the current price and availability rather than treating that sale as permanent.
Raycon lists a 30-day satisfaction period and a one-year limited warranty after that period. The product FAQ describes exclusions and says refunds may involve a handling fee, so review the current terms before buying.
Who should consider it?
A reasonable fit
- Owners of USB-C PD laptops whose power needs are within the 65W ceiling and who want extra runtime away from an outlet.
- Travelers who value a built-in cable, phone wireless charging, and one battery for several devices.
- People who need a backup charger rather than guaranteed full recharges or all-day laptop power.
Look elsewhere if
- Your laptop requires more than 65W, uses a proprietary charging connector, or is a gaming notebook or mobile workstation.
- You need the largest possible laptop-energy reserve or expect full-speed charging while powering several devices.
- You require a complete certified output-profile table before choosing a power bank; Raycon’s product information does not provide one.
What to try if charging is slow or fails
- Disconnect other devices so the laptop is the only load.
- Try the built-in USB-C cable and confirm that the laptop supports USB-C Power Delivery charging.
- Check the laptop manufacturer’s required charger wattage and USB-C charging specifications.
- Test with the laptop asleep or under light use; a heavy workload can consume power faster than the bank supplies.
- Recharge the power bank separately, then test again without pass-through charging.
- If the laptop still does not recognize it, treat the pairing as incompatible rather than assuming the power bank is defective.
A laptop battery declining while connected does not by itself prove a fault: the notebook may be drawing more power than the bank is delivering.
Travel and wireless-charging caveats
A separate FCC-related listing for model RAPBAN750 reports 54Wh and a maximum USB-C input of 45W, but it is a third-party regulatory-document repository, not Raycon’s support site. The advertised 15,000mAh figure corresponds to roughly 54–56Wh depending on the nominal-voltage calculation. Airline rules vary by carrier and jurisdiction, so check the airline’s current lithium-battery policy rather than assuming boarding is guaranteed. The listing is available at device.report.
For wireless charging, alignment, phone compatibility, and case thickness can matter. Raycon’s older product page specifies cases up to 5mm thick for wireless charging; that qualification is for the older model and should not be treated as a confirmed limit for the laptop model.
