To complete the Black Ops 7 Zombies Super Easter Egg, first finish the Main Quest on all six round-based maps, then earn and Exfil with each map’s toy. Place all six toys on the shelf in Her House on Rex Infernus and interact with them to start the four-boss rush. Activision confirms that completing every map’s Main Quest unlocks a new secret and identifies The Warden as an Operator reward; the toy routes and fight details below are reported by AllThingsHow’s updated walkthrough.
What to do before collecting the toys
Complete the Main Quest on each round-based Zombies map: Ashes of the Damned, Astra Malorum, Paradox Junction, Totenreich, Kowakujō, and Rex Infernus. The official Season 06 announcement confirms the all-maps requirement; the map list and route details are from the secondary guide linked above.
The guide says Main Quest clears in Standard, Directed, or Cursed count toward this prerequisite. For the toy runs, it recommends Standard: Directed mode may not reliably load the special toy-box interactions. On Kowakujō, avoid advancing the round at a point that interrupts the bird sequence. For solo runs, the guide also cautions against saving and quitting midway through a Main Quest because it may break a sequence.
Each toy only counts when you Exfil with it. If you fail to Exfil, plan to repeat that map’s toy quest.

Collect Ol’ Tessie on Ashes of the Damned
- Find the ghostly Twins around the Fog or Ashwood and approach them. They relocate to the Vandorn Farm barn.
- Progress the Main Quest until you have the Necrofluid Gauntlet.
- At the windmill, shoot the smoking Toy Box with the Gauntlet to knock it down, then hit the fallen box with Dark Flare.
- In Monolith Forest, shoot the three purple crystals on large rocks with the Gauntlet. Use a Fumigator to summon a meteor.
- Fumigate the meteor at Blackwater Lake and collect its blue crystal. Place the crystal in the Toy Box, take the toy, and Exfil.
Collect Caltheris on Astra Malorum
- Activate Pack-a-Punch and the telescope. Complete the DG-2 turret side quest and install the turret on Ol’ Tessie.
- Use explosives to push the floating box outside the Luminarium toward the Crash Site, then use an LT53 Kazimir to pull it down.
- Lure O.S.C.A.R. to the box and destroy him with the turret.
- Complete the grandfather-clock side quest and use the telescope to reveal the UFO. Progress the Main Quest until Mars is accessible, but do not trigger the boss.
- Throw two Shock Charges onto the rod between the coils to draw the UFO overhead. Complete the Lamp Wisp side quest, then use the upgraded wisps on the suspended Mars objects in the sequence shown by the UFO.
- Take the small alien from the final object to the Crash Site Toy Box and exchange it for the toy. Exfil.
Collect the Twins on Paradox Junction
- Progress to the Past and activate Pack-a-Punch.
- Interact with the chalk chest on a garage door near the time-travel area.
- In the Yellow House, throw a Psych Grenade at the chalk question mark by the bookshelf to reveal a key.
- Interact with the chalk chest again, then return to the Future.
- Collect the pink teddy-bear parts around the Future and take them to the bus near spawn for the timed minigame.
- Pick up the completed bear, put it in the chest, and Exfil.
Collect the Guardian on Totenreich
- Find the iceberg containing the Toy Box behind Ms. Loven’s Antique Shop.
- Activate Wildfire and use the nearby fishing spot to reel the iceberg ashore, then melt the ice to expose the box. The guide warns that using the fishing rod too early may disrupt the sequence.
- Complete the star quest to obtain the Silent Heir crossbow, then use it to defeat King Draugvald the Undying.
- Take his crown to the Toy Box, collect the toy, and Exfil.
Collect Z-Rex on Kowakujō
- Progress until Pack-a-Punch opens access to the roof.
- Melee the Sakura tree to gain its whirlwind effect. Run circles below the chest above Pack-a-Punch until it drops and summons a bird.
- Guide the bird by activating the Sakura trees in this order: Kitchens, Staging Area, then Training Area. Wait for it to relocate between activations.
- Circle the Central Courtyard boulder to let the bird land. Pick up the origami swan, place it in the chest, and Exfil.
Collect the Warden on Rex Infernus
Collect the other five toys before attempting this quest. Progress the Main Quest, secure the Warden’s Blight, and defeat the Web Mother during Exfil. The guide reports that each player in co-op must pick up the finished toy and place it themselves for their own progress to register.
- Upgrade the grapple through the steps involving the basketball and bathroom toilet.
- Use the grapple on the invisible lock in Nyxara’s Passage, then complete the floating-rock course.
- Turn the ghost box into a chest with Aether Shroud.
- Complete the three horse toys using jump kills, PhD Flopper kills, and Frenzied Guard kills.
- Place the completed items in the chest to receive the toy, then Exfil.
Start and survive the four-boss finale
- Load Rex Infernus and enter Her House. Place all six toys on the shelf.
- When all six glow purple, interact with the shelf to begin the boss rush.
- Fight the bosses in the reported fixed order: Z-Rex from Shattered Veil, the Guardian from Citadelle des Morts, Caltheris the Needle from Astra Malorum, and the Warden from Rex Infernus.
- Between fights, use the available Pack-a-Punch, Wunderfizz, Arsenal, and crafting table stations to prepare for the next round.
The guide reports that the arena has no GobbleGum machine and that a failure restarts the sequence from round one, so use the inter-fight preparation windows before advancing.

Rewards and what is confirmed
Activision’s Season 06 announcement confirms The Warden as an unlockable Operator reward for completing the all-map Main Quest challenge. The secondary guide additionally reports Memento Mori outfits for the eight Dedicated Crew Operators and a Mister Peeks Mayhem modifier for Cursed mode. It describes that modifier as Tier 3 Cursed without Relics, with improved Mystery Box luck, an Eternal Perk Wunderfizz, and lower Pack-a-Punch costs; those additional rewards are not confirmed in the official announcement cited here.
