The Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Edition Nintendo Switch Pro Controller was reported at $70 on October 5, 2026, but that dated offer is not confirmation of a live price or available stock. Nintendo’s original U.S. MSRP was $74.99, so $70 is $4.99 below launch price before shipping and taxes—not a verified 22% saving against Nintendo’s MSRP.
Which controller is the $70 offer for?
Nintendo’s U.S. store lists it as the Pro Controller – Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Special Edition, SKU 117075. It is the themed edition of Nintendo’s Switch Pro Controller, not a separate console or a different controller model.

Is the $70 price still available?
A 9to5Toys deal report dated October 5, 2026, listed the controller for $70 and described it as 22% off. The report also said shipping was free for Prime members and $6 for others. Its retailer redirect could not be confirmed, so the seller, current price, stock, and shipping terms remain unverified. Check the listing and checkout total before ordering; do not assume the reported offer is still live.

The $70 report is $4.99 below that original MSRP before any shipping or tax. The deal report’s “Reg. $90+” reference and percentage are deal-page claims, not Nintendo’s launch-price comparison.
