Public domain वीडियो को YouTube पर 24/7 Live दिखाने के लिए YouTube Studio में encoder stream बनाएं, फिर किसी encoder से वीडियो या playlist लगातार भेजें। पहले यह पक्का करें कि वीडियो की मौजूदा version, संगीत और दूसरे हिस्सों के अधिकार भी साफ़ हैं: YouTube पर वीडियो मिलना उसे दोबारा प्रसारित करने की अनुमति नहीं है।
शुरू करने से पहले: क्या-क्या चाहिए
- ऐसा YouTube चैनल जिस पर live streaming सक्षम हो। पहली बार सक्षम करने में YouTube के अनुसार 24 घंटे तक लग सकते हैं।
- एक encoder और लगातार चलने वाला video source—जैसे playlist या loop। Encoder वीडियो को YouTube पर stream होने वाले digital format में बदलकर भेजता है।
- YouTube Studio का server URL और stream key। इन्हें encoder की stream settings में दर्ज करना होगा।
- वीडियो और उसके सभी हिस्सों को प्रसारित करने का अधिकार, या ऐसा प्रमाण कि वे लागू क्षेत्र में public domain में हैं।
YouTube Live encoder stream रिकॉर्ड किया हुआ वीडियो भी भेज सकती है; दर्शकों को वह live feed के रूप में दिखता है। इसे webcam या फोन से लाइव कैमरा प्रसारण समझने की जरूरत नहीं है। YouTube के encoder setup निर्देश YouTube Help में हैं।

ये काम करने के तरीकों की तुलना है, reliability या लागत का benchmark नहीं। किसी भी encoder से अधिकारों की मंजूरी या uninterrupted stream की गारंटी नहीं मिलती।
YouTube Studio में encoder stream बनाएं
- Live streaming सक्षम करें: YouTube Studio में Create → Go Live खोलें और live streaming शुरू करने की प्रक्रिया पूरी करें। पहली बार सक्षम करने पर 24 घंटे तक प्रतीक्षा करनी पड़ सकती है।
- Stream बनाएं या schedule करें: Live Control Room में नया stream बनाएं या भविष्य के समय के लिए schedule करें। Studio के labels बदल सकते हैं; मौजूदा flow में stream setup और encoder connection ढूंढें।
- Server URL और key कॉपी करें: Stream settings में दिखने वाला server URL और stream key अपने encoder की streaming settings में डालें। Key को पासवर्ड की तरह निजी रखें; अनजान व्यक्ति को यह मिल जाए तो वह आपके चैनल पर feed भेज सकता है।
- वीडियो source सेट करें: Local encoder में वह playlist चुनें जिसे लगातार loop करना है। Cloud सेवा में संबंधित media अपलोड कर playlist या stream तैयार करें। अपने चुने encoder के निर्देशों में playlist looping और restart व्यवहार जांचें।
- Encoder से feed भेजें: Encoder में stream शुरू करें। Scheduled stream के लिए Live Control Room में preview आने की पुष्टि करें, फिर वहां broadcast शुरू करें।
- लगातार संचालन जांचें: Local setup में कंप्यूटर को चालू रखें और power तथा internet interruptions से बचाएं। Cloud या hardware setup में भी source और stream status देखते रहें; किसी विकल्प को बिना निगरानी चलने की गारंटी न मानें।
Public domain और reuse rights की जांच
YouTube पर उपलब्ध होना अनुमति नहीं है
YouTube पर अपलोड की गई सामग्री का default license Standard YouTube license है, public domain या Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) नहीं। किसी दूसरे creator का upload देखने योग्य होने से आपको उसे 24/7 rebroadcast करने का अधिकार नहीं मिलता। YouTube की license types की जानकारी के अनुसार, CC BY सामग्री को reuse करते समय title, author, source URL और license की जानकारी का attribution दें। Commercial use तभी करें जब लागू license इसकी अनुमति देता हो; YouTube किसी और की सामग्री के लिए आपकी ओर से अनुमति नहीं दे सकता।

हर version और component अलग जांचें
किसी फिल्म या वीडियो के मूल footage का public-domain होना जरूरी नहीं कि बाद में जोड़ी गई हर चीज भी public domain हो। अलग-अलग जांचें:
- मूल कहानी, footage या film।
- वह खास restoration, edit या compilation जिसे आप stream करेंगे।
- Soundtrack और संगीत की composition।
- Subtitles, translation, narration, graphics या अन्य जोड़ी गई सामग्री।
अलग हिस्सों के अधिकार अलग हो सकते हैं। License, source और उपलब्ध अधिकार-प्रमाण सुरक्षित रखें। संदेह हो तो उस version को प्रसारित न करें जब तक अनुमति स्पष्ट न हो।

Copyright match आने पर क्या हो सकता है
YouTube सभी live streams को third-party content matches के लिए scan करता है, जिसमें दूसरी copyrighted live broadcast भी शामिल है। Match मिलने पर YouTube placeholder दिखा सकता है और सामग्री रोकने की चेतावनी दे सकता है; जारी रखने पर stream अस्थायी रूप से interrupt या terminate हो सकती है। Copyright strike या Community Guidelines strike से भी stream बंद हो सकती है। प्रक्रिया YouTube Help: Copyright issues with live streams में समझाई गई है।

License होने पर भी interruption का जोखिम बना रह सकता है यदि अधिकार-स्वामी ने आपके channel को Content ID में allowlist न किया हो। Licensed third-party content के लिए अधिकार-स्वामी से अपने channel को allowlist करने का अनुरोध करें। Public-domain होने का आपका विश्वास अपने-आप Content ID match या interruption को रोकता नहीं है।
Archive और monetization की सीमाएं
YouTube के अनुसार 12 घंटे से कम की streams अपने-आप archive होती हैं। इससे लंबी stream के archive की गारंटी न मानें; अपने archive की जरूरत के अनुसार अवधि योजना बनाएं और YouTube की मौजूदा live-stream guidance देखें।

- Go Live उपलब्ध नहीं: Live streaming सक्षम हुई या नहीं जांचें। पहली बार अनुरोध के बाद YouTube activation में 24 घंटे तक ले सकता है।
- Preview नहीं आता: Encoder में server URL और stream key फिर जांचें; stream शुरू है या नहीं देखें। Scheduled stream के लिए Live Control Room में preview की पुष्टि करें।
- Stream रुकती या बदल जाती है: YouTube का copyright match या strike notification देखें। अधिकार स्पष्ट करें; licensed सामग्री हो तो अधिकार-स्वामी से Content ID allowlisting पूछें।
- 24/7 loop टूट जाता है: Local setup में computer, encoder, power, internet और playlist playback जांचें। Cloud या hardware setup में source और सेवा/device की stream स्थिति देखें।
- लंबी stream का archive नहीं मिलता: 12 घंटे से अधिक समय तक चलने वाली stream के archive को सुनिश्चित न मानें; अगले प्रसारणों की अवधि उसी हिसाब से तय करें।
