भारत में nursery rhymes को YouTube पर 24/7 live रखने के लिए आप अपने channel के Live Control Room में encoder stream बनाते हैं, YouTube का stream URL और key OBS जैसे encoder में डालते हैं, preview जाँचते हैं और प्रसारण शुरू करते हैं। इसके लिए ऐसा computer और internet connection चाहिए जो चुनी गई settings पर लगातार काम कर सके। ध्यान रखें: 12 घंटे से लंबी stream YouTube पर archive न भी हो, और nursery rhymes के बोल पारंपरिक होने से उनकी recording या animation अपने आप इस्तेमाल के लिए cleared नहीं हो जाती।

Live streaming की उपलब्धता

सामग्री के अधिकार पहले तय करें
हर rhyme के लिए lyrics/composition, इस्तेमाल की जा रही खास sound recording और visuals या animation के अधिकार अलग-अलग जाँचें। पुराने या पारंपरिक बोल अपने आप किसी आधुनिक recording, arrangement या animation को इस्तेमाल करने की अनुमति नहीं देते। YouTube live streams को third-party content से match करने के लिए scan करता है; match मिलने पर placeholder दिख सकता है और सामग्री जारी रहने पर stream अस्थायी रूप से interrupt या समाप्त हो सकती है। यदि आपके पास licence है, तो rights owner से अपने channel को Content ID allowlist में जोड़ने के लिए कहें। YouTube की live-stream copyright guidance देखें।
भारत के Copyright Act में “communication to the public” में किसी work या performance को जनता के लिए display या diffusion से उपलब्ध कराना शामिल है। Copyright Rules में कुछ published literary/music works और sound recordings के broadcasting के लिए statutory प्रक्रिया, पूर्व सूचना और royalty का उल्लेख है। इसे किसी खास YouTube upload के लिए स्वतः लागू clearance न मानें: उस गीत, recording, arrangement और animation पर वास्तविक अधिकार की स्थिति अलग से तय करनी होगी। सरकारी स्रोत: Copyright Act, Chapter I और Copyright Rules, Chapter VIII।

24/7 का अर्थ और archive की सीमा
24/7 आपका intended schedule है, निरंतर सेवा की गारंटी नहीं। Internet, बिजली, encoder या YouTube की ओर से interruption हो सकती है। YouTube कहता है कि 12 घंटे से लंबी stream शायद बिल्कुल capture न हो; इसलिए पूरी stream का archive मिलने की गारंटी न मानें। यदि recording चाहिए, encoder से local recording भी करें और पहले लंबे समय तक चलने का परीक्षण करें। YouTube की live-stream archive guidance देखें।
Computer और encoder setup चुनें
आपको क्या चाहिए
- एक verified YouTube channel, जिस पर live-streaming restriction न हो।
- ऐसा computer और encoder जो आपके चुने हुए resolution, frame rate और scene को संभाल सके।
- स्थिर बिजली और internet connection; interruption के बाद वापसी की योजना भी रखें।
- यदि archive चाहिए तो पर्याप्त disk space और local recording की व्यवस्था।
- सिर्फ ऐसी audio और video files जिनके livestream तथा, जहाँ लागू हो, archive के अधिकार आपके पास हों।

Stream settings का व्यावहारिक चुनाव

OBS या दूसरे encoder से YouTube पर live जाने के चरण
- Live availability जाँचें: YouTube channel verification और पिछले 90 दिनों के restriction की स्थिति जाँचें।
- Live Control Room में stream बनाएँ या schedule करें: Encoder वाला विकल्प चुनें। YouTube आपको server/stream URL और stream key देगा।
- Encoder में URL और key डालें: OBS या अपने चुने हुए encoder के stream settings में YouTube का server URL और key दर्ज करें। Stream key को password की तरह निजी रखें; इसे किसी और के साथ साझा न करें।
- Playlist या loop तैयार करें: केवल cleared files जोड़ें। शुरू करने से पहले क्रम, दोहराव, audio levels और दृश्य बदलाव जाँचें।
- Encoder शुरू करके YouTube preview देखें: Live शुरू करने से पहले जाँचें कि सही video और audio पहुँच रहे हैं, कोई अनचाहा खाली या काला frame नहीं है और levels ठीक हैं।
- Local recording चालू करें, यदि archive चाहिए: recording सही disk पर लिखी जा रही है इसकी पुष्टि करें। लंबे समय तक चलने वाली recording पहले test करें; YouTube archive को 12 घंटे से बड़ी stream के लिए भरोसेमंद विकल्प न मानें।

24/7 चलाने से पहले परीक्षण और समस्या निवारण
पहले छोटा test run करें
- Playlist को एक बार पूरा चलाकर जाँचें कि video और audio loop सही तरह लौटते हैं।
- Computer restart और encoder restart के बाद stream फिर शुरू करने की प्रक्रिया आजमाएँ।
- Internet टूटने पर encoder और YouTube stream की वापसी का व्यवहार देखें; automatic recovery मानकर न चलें।
- Local recording शुरू करके disk पर file बन रही है और उसमें audio/video मौजूद हैं, यह जाँचें।
