Check an SSD before purchase
- Confirm that it is compatible with the exact machine type.
- Match the M.2 2242 form factor and PCIe interface.

Lenovo’s HMM says: “It is recommended that these products be repaired by trained service technicians.” Follow the manual’s safety requirements and the exact procedure for your component. Do not rely on screw counts, tool sizes, pry points or clip order taken from another Yoga generation. The official resources should be consulted directly for those details.
