The page describes a lifetime license for desktop and mobile use, but the available evidence does not confirm that the service is operating today, that new codes can still be redeemed, or that its security and privacy claims have been independently verified. The title’s reference to “ExtremeTech Shop” is also not established by the accessible listing.
What the Yodata VPN lifetime subscription includes
StackSocial describes Yodata VPN as a lifetime digital license with desktop and mobile access, included updates, and unlimited devices per license. “Lifetime” is not defined in the accessible offer text: it does not explain whether the term means the life of the customer, the account, the product, or Yodata’s service operation.

| AES-256-GCM encryption | Listed as a protocol feature; no independent technical audit was found. |

Device requirements and redemption rules
Page-listed operating-system requirements
The listing specifies iOS 10.0 or later, Android 4.4 or later, macOS X or later, and Windows Vista or later. These are the requirements shown on the page, not a current compatibility test; modern operating systems and app versions may require different support.

Code redemption
- Purchase the license only after confirming that the offer is still active and that the code is being issued.
- Redeem the code within 30 days of purchase, as required by the listing.
- Check that the resulting account or application works on every device you intend to use before relying on the service.
Returns
StackSocial’s terms for this offer allow store credit for an unredeemed license returned within 30 days. A redeemed license is final sale. That makes testing after redemption important: the stated return path may no longer apply once the code has been used.
Is the “ExtremeTech Shop” deal still available?
The accessible product page identifies StackSocial and does not establish ExtremeTech as the seller. Historical references place Yodata promotions in January and February 2021, while a deal-category result marks the offer as sold out. Those records do not prove whether Yodata still operates or whether a new lifetime code can currently be purchased.

What is known about privacy and security?
The listing’s encryption, protocol, kill-switch and no-logging statements are promotional claims rather than independent findings. No named auditor, security report, regulator statement or current technical documentation was available for Yodata. Consequently, the offer cannot be treated as independently verified for leak prevention, logging practices, encryption implementation or server security.

What do the visible reviews show?
The page displays dated, anecdotal comments rather than current testing. A May 2022 reviewer described speed as decent but variable. A June 2021 reviewer reported stable connections but limited server choice. These comments may illustrate individual experiences, but they do not establish present-day speed, uptime, geographic coverage or reliability.

Who should consider it?
It may suit a reader who can verify a live offer, needs a multi-device VPN and accepts the uncertainty of a lifetime product with limited current documentation. It is a poor fit if you require independently audited privacy, guaranteed service continuity, documented modern-platform support or a clearly defined lifetime term.
Checks to complete before buying
- Confirm that Yodata and the StackSocial offer are currently reachable and accepting orders.
- Read the current privacy policy, terms of service and support information.
- Confirm app availability and compatibility on your exact operating-system versions.
- Clarify what “lifetime” covers and what happens if Yodata stops operating.
- Save the redemption, refund and support terms before using the code.
- Do not assume the advertised server count, country count or bandwidth promise is a measured performance guarantee.
Verdict
Yodata VPN’s lifetime subscription is a historical StackSocial digital-offer listing with attractive stated features, but important present-day facts remain unresolved. The evidence supports treating it as an unverified, potentially unavailable deal rather than as a confirmed current VPN recommendation. Verify availability, redemption, compatibility and privacy documentation directly before committing, and remember that redemption makes the license final sale under the listed terms.
