Who operates Xlence, and what does its regulatory claim establish?
The reviewed Client Services Agreement identifies Xlence as a trade name of Tradeco Limited, gives the company’s registered address as Eden Plaza, Eden Island, Seychelles, and states that Tradeco Limited is authorized and regulated by the Seychelles FSA under license SD029. A company press release dated September 15, 2025, also describes the Seychelles FSA license.
These are statements in company materials, not confirmation of a current license-register entry or of the permissions that apply to a particular client. The reviewed information does not independently establish whether the license remains active, what protections or complaint routes apply to an individual account, or whether Xlence is authorized in a reader’s country. Do not treat a Seychelles license claim as proof of local authorization. Check the current regulator register and your own jurisdiction’s rules before opening an account.

Xlence’s official “Why us” page says the service is unavailable to residents of certain jurisdictions, including the United States, Iran, Cuba, Sudan, Syria, and North Korea. That list is not established as a complete eligibility statement. Confirm current availability directly for your country rather than relying on this partial list.
What can you trade, and which platforms are advertised?
Xlence describes its offering as CFDs across forex, metals, indices, commodities, futures, and shares. It advertises more than 300 instruments across six asset classes and lists MetaTrader 4 (MT4) and MetaTrader 5 (MT5). These are the broker’s descriptions; they are not an independently verified instrument count or a test of platform reliability, execution quality, or order handling.
CFDs provide exposure to price movements without ownership of the underlying asset. Leverage can magnify gains and losses, and a position can be closed when margin requirements are not met. Xlence’s own risk warning says: “All trading involves risk. It is possible to lose all your capital.” Read the contract specifications for an instrument—including margin, financing, and trading hours—before placing a trade.

What account types and spreads does Xlence publish?
An Xlence account-comparison page lists four tiers and gives EUR/USD minimum and average spread figures. The page was in Italian and was captured months before this review; the figures below are the values it displayed, not a live quote. The units and current availability should be checked in Xlence’s live account information before comparing accounts or calculating costs.

The same comparison page lists a 20% stop-out level, leverage up to 1:1000, and no commission except $10 per lot on futures indices, FX futures, and futures commodities. These are broker-published terms from that page, not independently checked current conditions. The source does not establish the spread units in the captured information, and the “up to” leverage figure does not mean every client or instrument receives that leverage. Check the current account table and contract specifications for applicable values, eligibility, and definitions.
There is also a product-listing difference to resolve: a September 15, 2025 company press release says its lineup includes Essential, Islamic Plus, and Cent accounts, while the account-comparison page lists Essential, Prime, Deluxe, and Ultimate. The reviewed materials do not establish whether those account names refer to different dates, groupings, or currently available choices. Confirm the account options shown in the live client portal before choosing one.

What can change the real cost of trading?
A displayed spread is only one part of trading cost. Xlence’s agreement says the company may increase or decrease spreads and change leverage at its discretion, including with reference to a client’s deposit or margin amount. It directs clients to current contract specifications for applicable commissions, costs, and financing fees, and reserves the ability to amend those costs.
- Spread: The account table provides EUR/USD figures, but the captured page’s units and the live spread at the time of a trade need confirmation. Floating spreads can vary.
- Commission: The account page lists a $10-per-lot commission for futures indices, FX futures, and futures commodities, and says no commission for the other listed account trading. Check the live specification for the instrument and account you intend to use.
- Financing: Overnight financing or swap charges may apply; the agreement points to instrument specifications rather than establishing a universal rate.
- Inactivity and payment fees: The reviewed agreement includes administration-fee provisions, and banks or payment providers may charge separately.
For a meaningful comparison, examine the same instrument and account conditions, then include spread, commission, financing, any administration fee, and payment-provider charges. A low advertised minimum spread alone cannot show which account will cost less in your actual trading pattern.
What fees does the reviewed agreement specify?
The agreement copy reviewed is identified as version 2025-001 and is hosted on a related broker’s domain. Treat it as a document to inspect, not as a substitute for the latest legal terms published by Xlence. The provisions below describe that reviewed copy; check the current agreement before relying on them.

- Annual administration fee: The agreement says a USD 50 annual fixed administration fee may be charged after one year without activity, including no funding or trading. It also says an account with a balance below USD 50 may be charged down and archived.
- Deposit-and-withdrawal administration fee: It says a 3% fee may be charged where deposits and withdrawals occur without trading, or where trading falls below a threshold determined by the company. The reviewed passage does not establish a universal threshold or clarify every calculation detail.
- Third-party charges: The agreement recognizes that a client’s bank or account provider may charge fees separately.
Before depositing, check the latest agreement for the fee trigger, calculation basis, applicable currency, and any exceptions. Do not assume a fee shown in an older agreement is the only charge that could apply.

The support knowledge base has topics on payment options, deposits, and funding currencies, but the existence of those topics does not establish the requirements or time for a particular withdrawal method.
Customer posts on Trustpilot include both positive descriptions of account setup and account-manager support and complaints about rejected or delayed withdrawals. Some posts receive replies from Xlence that refer to the agreement. These are individual, self-selected reports: they do not establish how often withdrawals are delayed or rejected, the typical processing time, or the outcome of any particular dispute. No representative withdrawal-success statistic or independently documented typical processing time is established by the reviewed materials.

Before funding, ask support for the current withdrawal procedure for your payment method and save the answer and relevant terms. Check whether the account must be verified, whether withdrawals must return to the original funding source, what documents may be required, and whether provider fees or minimums apply. Those details are not established as universal rules by the reviewed agreement.
What should you verify before opening or funding an account?
- Confirm the legal entity and current authorization. Check the current Seychelles FSA register entry for Tradeco Limited and verify whether the applicable permissions and complaint options fit your circumstances. Separately check the rules and authorization requirements in your country.
- Download current legal documents from Xlence. Review the latest Client Services Agreement, account terms, and instrument contract specifications rather than relying on the version 2025-001 copy reviewed here.
- Confirm account details in the live portal. Resolve which account names are currently offered and verify spread units, commissions, leverage, stop-out terms, and any swap-free conditions that matter to you.
- Get payment-specific withdrawal terms in writing. Ask about processing steps, verification, eligible methods, fees, and any conditions tied to withdrawing funds, then retain the response.
- Decide whether CFD and leverage risk is acceptable. Understand margin requirements, possible closeout, financing charges, and the possibility of losing all capital before depositing.
What is the overall assessment of Xlence?
Xlence’s published materials provide a stated Seychelles-regulated company identity, advertised MT4/MT5 access, account-level spread figures, and contractual fee and withdrawal provisions. They do not, on their own, verify current regulatory status or local authorization, show the full cost of trading under live conditions, or establish typical execution, support, or withdrawal outcomes. The available evidence is enough to identify questions to resolve—not enough to conclude that Xlence is safe, reliable, cheaper, or easy to withdraw from for a particular reader.
