The Redmi Note 15 Pro 5G has the larger and higher-resolution panel: 6.83 inches at 2772 × 1280, which Xiaomi calls 1.5K. OPPO lists a 6.57-inch AMOLED screen for the F33 5G, with a 120Hz refresh rate and 1400 nits in its India launch table. Both manufacturers list AMOLED and up to 120Hz, while Xiaomi’s higher resolution and larger size are the clearer differentiators on paper.

A higher resolution does not by itself establish which screen looks better in sunlight, has more accurate colours or uses less power. The cited specifications do not provide a comparable independent display test.
Which has the stronger camera hardware?
Rear cameras
Xiaomi lists a 200MP main camera with optical image stabilization (OIS), an f/1.7 aperture and an 8MP ultra-wide camera. Its specification page also lists 4K video at 30 frames per second. OPPO’s F33 5G table lists a 50MP main camera and a 2MP secondary camera. On the published hardware, Xiaomi offers the more versatile rear setup and the higher-resolution main sensor.

That does not prove the Xiaomi takes better photos. Megapixel count alone cannot establish detail, colour, low-light quality or video stability, and no comparable camera test is established for these two phones here.

Front cameras and model distinction
The Redmi is listed with a 20MP front camera and the standard OPPO F33 5G with a 16MP front camera. OPPO’s F33 Pro 5G is a separate model; do not apply its camera specifications to the standard F33. The listed resolutions alone do not settle which phone produces better selfies.

Which has better battery life and charging?
OPPO lists a 7000mAh battery and 80W SUPERVOOC charging for the F33 5G. Xiaomi lists a typical battery capacity of 6580mAh and 45W turbo charging for the Redmi Note 15 Pro 5G, and its global specifications list a 45W charger in the box. The stated capacities and charging wattages give OPPO the advantage on paper, but they do not establish real-world battery life or charging time under matched conditions.
OPPO’s 15 April 2026 launch announcement says the F33 Series battery is rated for 1,800 cycles and claims a 0-to-100% charge in approximately 69 minutes. Those are manufacturer claims, not an independent test of the F33 5G in comparable conditions.

OPPO India announced the F33 5G on 15 April 2026, with availability from 26 April 2026. Its launch prices vary by memory configuration:

Durability, software and regional details
Xiaomi’s global page lists IP66, IP68, IP69 and IP69K ratings; OPPO India lists IP66, IP68 and IP69 for the F33 5G. These are ratings under specified test conditions, not a promise that either phone is waterproof or that liquid damage will be covered by warranty. Xiaomi warns: “Ingress protection is not assured if the product is subjected to environments beyond the test conditions.” Check the warranty terms for the device and market you plan to buy.
The cited pages list HyperOS 2 for Xiaomi and ColorOS 16 (Android-based) for OPPO. Software versions and support commitments can vary by market or change over time; check the local product page and current update policy before purchase. Xiaomi also notes that network bands, eSIM or NFC availability and package contents may differ by region. Confirm the seller’s region, warranty, supported bands and exact configuration.

- Choose the Redmi Note 15 Pro 5G if the larger, higher-resolution display, OIS-equipped 200MP main camera, ultra-wide camera or listed 4K/30 video matter most to you.
- Choose the OPPO F33 5G if you prioritize its higher listed battery capacity, 80W charging specification or lower listed weight.
