Which display is better?
On listed specifications, the Redmi 15 5G is the clear choice for screen size, resolution and refresh rate. Its 6.9-inch FHD+ panel has more pixels than the Moto’s reported 6.67-inch 720 × 1604 screen, while its maximum refresh rate is 144Hz versus the Moto’s listed 120Hz. That combination should make text and fine details appear sharper on the Redmi and can make supported scrolling and animation look smoother.

Battery capacity is equal; runtime is not settled
Both phones are listed with 7,000mAh batteries, but capacity alone cannot establish which lasts longer. Xiaomi claims up to 2.26 days under its light daily-use model, up to 25 hours of video playback, 108 hours of music playback and 30 hours of reading. These are Xiaomi manufacturer estimates, and Xiaomi says actual results may vary. Xiaomi’s product page
Separately, 91mobiles reports PCMark battery results of 14 hours 54 minutes for the Redmi and 16 hours 49 minutes for the Moto. The listing does not establish sufficiently clear test conditions to treat these as a controlled, directly comparable result, and they are not comparable to Xiaomi’s different endurance claims. 91mobiles comparison
Charging and the extra cost to consider
Xiaomi lists 33W wired charging and 18W reverse charging for the Redmi 15 5G. It says a power adapter is not included in the box and recommends a Xiaomi 33W adapter. If you need to buy a compatible charger, include that cost when comparing the total purchase price. The cited comparison listings do not establish the Moto’s charging details.

Performance and software: compare with caution
Xiaomi identifies the Redmi’s platform as the Snapdragon 6s Gen 3 with 5G. It also reports an AnTuTu V10 score above 490,000 from Xiaomi Internal Labs and cautions that results vary with test environment and software version. This is a manufacturer-reported figure, not a direct comparison test. Xiaomi product page
91mobiles reports a Geekbench multi-core score of 2,262 for the Redmi and 1,349 for the Moto, but gives AnTuTu scores of 463,289 for the Redmi and 570,353 for the Moto. The latter Redmi result differs from Xiaomi’s own figure; the comparison listing does not establish enough about test conditions to resolve the discrepancy. Treat these as that site’s reported results, not as a controlled basis for choosing between the processors. 91mobiles comparison
Comparison pages list Android 15 for the Redmi and Android 16 for the Moto, along with different stated update periods. The Moto software and support claims were not confirmed against an official Motorola source, so check the exact model’s official regional support information before relying on them. 91mobiles; Gadgets Now

Before deciding, compare the same RAM and storage tier, the seller’s price, and availability in your location. Add the cost of a charger if you need one for the Redmi and do not have a compatible adapter.
Which phone should you buy?
Choose the Redmi 15 5G if the screen matters most
- You want the larger, higher-resolution display on the listed specifications.
- You value a refresh rate up to 144Hz and Xiaomi’s stated display features.
- You want Xiaomi’s stated 33W wired and 18W reverse charging, and have accounted for the adapter being sold separately.
Consider the Moto G37 Power 5G if the price snapshot holds
- You are prioritizing a lower purchase price and find the Moto at a meaningful saving for the same storage tier.
- You are comfortable with the 720 × 1604, 120Hz display reported by comparison sites.
- You verify the official regional specifications, exact configuration, software support and seller before purchase; the available Moto details here are third-party reports.
The available evidence does not establish a reliable overall winner for battery runtime, camera quality or software support. For those priorities, seek exact regional specifications and comparable independent testing rather than inferring performance from battery capacity, camera megapixels or aggregator benchmark scores.
