Smartprix says its under-₹12,000 page contains 156 results, but that is a count of page entries—not 156 confirmed phones available to purchase in India. The list includes entries marked “Upcoming” or “Rumored.” For example, it shows the Redmi A5 5G at ₹9,990 while labeling it “Upcoming”; that entry should not be treated as an available alternative without current seller confirmation. A broader Smartprix Xiaomi list was updated October 7, 2026, but an aggregator update does not independently establish seller stock or checkout pricing. See Smartprix’s broader Xiaomi list. Xiaomi India search results surfaced older listings, several marked “OUT OF STOCK,” and do not establish October 2026 availability or current prices. Xiaomi India phone listings.
What to check before choosing a phone
- Variant: Match the RAM and storage exactly. The ₹11,999 entry is for 6GB/128GB; a different configuration may have a different price.
- Network: Confirm whether the listing is for 4G or 5G and that the model meets your needs.
- Screen and battery: Compare display size and resolution, refresh rate, battery capacity, and charging speed. These are specification differences, not proof of real-world performance.
- Cameras: Check the number and resolution of the rear and front cameras, but do not infer photo quality from megapixels alone.
- Support and warranty: Verify the seller’s warranty terms and the phone’s software-support information. The cited price-list evidence does not provide a verified warranty or software-support comparison.
- Seller and stock: Confirm the seller, current stock, final checkout price, and any conditions attached to an offer. Price and availability can change.
How to read the October 2026 price snapshot
This is an aggregator-reported snapshot, not a hands-on ranking or a model-by-model stock check. Smartprix’s result order is not evidence that a phone has been tested or is the best choice. The specific supported takeaway is that its October 6 list displayed the Redmi 14C 5G, 6GB/128GB, at ₹11,999; the seller’s live listing must establish whether that configuration can be bought at that price.
