As displayed on October 5, 2026, Xfinity’s new-customer offers were $45 per month for advertised 300 Mbps, $60 for advertised 500 Mbps, and $70 for advertised 1 Gig, each with a five-year base-rate guarantee. The offers were listed through October 25, 2026, but availability and checkout terms depend on your address. These are advertised plan speeds, not results from an independent test; no household speed testing was conducted for this review.
Xfinity Internet plans and prices
The following offers appeared on Xfinity’s Internet service page on October 5, 2026. They were presented for new Internet customers and are subject to restrictions. Because prices and offer dates can change, confirm the terms shown for your address before ordering.

Xfinity’s offer describes a five-year guarantee on the base monthly home Internet rate. It says that rate continues if a customer moves to another address within Xfinity’s service area. The guarantee is not a promise that the full bill—including taxes or other charges—will remain unchanged. Availability and the offer at checkout are address-specific.
What the advertised speeds do—and don’t—tell you
The Mbps and Gig figures above are plan specifications. Xfinity says its Internet is powered by fiber and connected to the premises by coaxial cable, but the reviewed offer does not provide upload-speed figures. No independent speed, latency, congestion, or reliability measurements were established for this review, so the tiers cannot be ranked by measured performance at a particular home.

Actual service experience depends on the connection available at your address and conditions in your home. Check the address-specific offer and ask Xfinity what speeds and terms it lists for that location; do not treat the advertised tier as a guaranteed result on every device.
Contracts, changing plans, and charges
Xfinity says these plans have no annual contract or early termination fee, and that customers can cancel at any time. Its FAQ also says customers can change plans, but that a change may alter the price depending on the offers then available. The five-year guarantee applies to the base Internet rate, not every component of the bill.

On the question “Are there hidden fees or extra charges?” the distinction is important: the current offers say WiFi equipment and unlimited data are included, while Xfinity’s Internet offer information and Residential Services Agreement also describe possible taxes and fees, installation or service-call charges, equipment charges, and ancillary charges. The checkout offer and agreement should be read together; the advertised monthly price is not stated as an all-in bill.

Xfinity advertises StreamSaver starting at $18 per month on its deals page. It requires Xfinity Internet or TV, is not available everywhere, and taxes and fees apply. The displayed savings comparison uses Peacock Premium with ads, Netflix Standard with ads, and HBO Max Basic With Ads; confirm current contents and price before subscribing. If you already pay for any included service, check whether you need to manage that subscription to avoid duplicate charges.

How to decide which Xfinity plan fits
- Compare only the tiers offered at your address. Xfinity’s offer and serviceability are address-oriented, so a plan or price shown elsewhere may not be available to you.
- Choose based on household needs, not the label alone. The offer identifies advertised download-speed tiers, but this review has no independent performance results or upload figures with which to predict your home’s experience.
- Check the full checkout terms. Confirm the price period, payment requirements, included WiFi equipment and unlimited data, taxes and fees, and any installation or other charges before accepting the offer.
- Recheck the bill if you change plans. Xfinity says plan changes may change the price, even though the current offer advertises a five-year base-rate guarantee.
