Xbox advertised a gift card and two in-game bonuses for eligible Gears of War: E-Day pre-orders, but the offer deadline—October 6, 2026, at 7:59 a.m. Pacific Time—has passed. The official listing did not state the gift-card amount or identify every participating retailer, so the promotion should not be treated as a current deal.
What the pre-order offer included
The Xbox Store listing said customers who pre-ordered Gears of War: E-Day would get an Xbox gift card and, at launch, the Exfil Dom Character Skin and Exfil Weapon Skin Set. The offer was available through participating retailers while supplies lasted. Xbox Store offer details

The listing set a limit of one offer per person or account. It also warned that pre-order benefits might require redemption of a single-use code and directed buyers to their retailer for details. It did not specify the gift-card denomination, name the full retailer list, or explain a universal delivery or redemption process.
Can you still claim the gift card?
The stated pre-order cutoff was before October 6, 2026, at 7:59 a.m. PT. As of October 13, 2026, that window is over, so a new purchase should not be made on the assumption that it qualifies for the promotion.

- Aluminum Alloy Housing: Built with a sturdy aluminum alloy shell that aids in heat dissipation and protects against daily wear and scratches. Designed to maintain a stable and secure connection.
- Compact & Travel-Friendly: The ultra-compact design allows the adapter to stay plugged into your device without blocking adjacent ports or adding bulk, reducing wear and tear on your original USB ports.
- 12-Month Warranty: Backed by a 12-month manufacturer warranty for peace of mind. Designed to meet strict quality control standards for reliable everyday performance.
The official text reviewed does not provide a separate claims deadline or a claims process for people who pre-ordered in time. If you believe your purchase qualified, check the order details and contact the retailer where you placed it; ask whether a code was issued and how it should be redeemed.
How much was the gift card, and which retailers participated?
The Xbox Store listing confirms that a gift card was part of the offer, but it does not state an amount or enumerate participating retailers. Because the listing directs customers to retailers for details, neither the value nor eligibility can safely be generalized across stores. Check the original order confirmation or ask the retailer about the specific transaction rather than assuming every pre-order received the same benefit.
