If purchased WWE 2K26 wrestlers or packs are missing, first confirm that your edition and region include the content. Then fully quit the game, install the add-on from your platform store, and relaunch. PlayStation players should restore licenses, Xbox players should find and install the add-on manually, and Nintendo Switch 2 players should eject and reload the virtual game card. If the content is still missing after 24 hours, submit a 2K Support ticket with purchase and account evidence.

Do these checks in order. They distinguish an entitlement problem from an add-on that is owned but not installed.

- Identify the missing content. Write down the wrestler, pack, season-pass item or other add-on that is absent.
- Check your receipt and edition. Confirm the purchase was made on the same account now used to play WWE 2K26, and that the store region matches the account and game.
- Fully quit WWE 2K26. Do not leave it suspended or running in the background.
- Open the platform storefront. Search for the exact missing DLC. An owned item should present an install or download action rather than a paid purchase action.
- Install the add-on and wait for the download to finish. A season pass or special edition can grant ownership without automatically downloading every individual pack.
- Launch WWE 2K26 again. Check the main roster, MyFACTION and the relevant pack menu.
Store delivery can take a few hours during high traffic. Do not buy the same item again while the first transaction is being processed; use the entitlement and installation checks below first.
Do these 3 things before closing this tab:

Match the edition to the content
WWE 2K26 editions do not all contain the same wrestlers or packs. Look at the exact edition name on your order confirmation, then compare it with the DLC description in the platform store. A season pass can cover a defined set of packs, while a standard edition may require separate purchases. A pack that was merely announced, listed for a future release, or excluded from your edition cannot be restored as an already-owned item.

The WWE 2K26 Order and Edition FAQ identifies Steam, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and Nintendo Switch 2 as supported platforms and says physical and digital versions are available. PlayStation 4 users should follow the PlayStation license and installation procedure below, while checking the edition and platform shown on their own receipt.
Check account and region
- Use the same PSN ID, Xbox Gamertag, Steam account or Nintendo ID that completed the purchase.
- Check the country or region on the account and the store receipt. DLC entitlements are tied to the purchasing account and regional product listing.
- For a physical copy, verify that the disc or included voucher corresponds to the same regional edition as the DLC code.
- For a voucher or code, confirm that it was redeemed successfully before looking for an install option.
Understand the four entitlement states
| What you see | What it means | Next action |
|---|---|---|
| Included in your edition | The edition or pass grants the content, but the individual add-on may still be undownloaded. | Open the store page and install the add-on. |
| Claimed or redeemed | The code or free add-on has been attached to the account. | Find the item in the store and choose Install or Download. |
| Owned but queued | The platform recognizes the license, but downloading has not completed. | Open the download queue, allow updates to finish, then relaunch the game. |
| Absent or showing a price | The current account or region does not see an entitlement. | Recheck the receipt, account and edition; do not repurchase until support or the store confirms the issue. |
Restore DLC on PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4
PlayStation license restoration is the principal console recovery action documented by WWE 2K Support. It refreshes the account licenses that the system uses to recognize purchased additional content.
- Close WWE 2K26 completely.
- On PS5, open Settings > Users and Accounts > Other > Restore Licenses, then confirm.
- On PS4, open Settings > Account Management > Restore Licenses, then confirm.
- After the process completes, open the PlayStation storefront and search for the missing DLC. Install it if the page offers a download action.
- Relaunch WWE 2K26 and check the roster, MyFACTION and the pack’s content screen.
WWE 2K Support’s article WWE 2K: Installing Additional Content and Missing DLC, updated July 8, 2026, states: “If you’re experiencing issues with additional content it is recommended to “Restore Your Licenses”.”
If the store still shows a purchase price after license restoration, stop before buying again. Compare the account and region on the receipt with the account currently signed in, then use the escalation process if the entitlement should be present.

Reinstall DLC on Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S
- Quit WWE 2K26 fully. Do not leave it suspended.
- Open Xbox Marketplace and search for the exact missing wrestler pack or add-on.
- If the signed-in account owns the license, the page should offer Install rather than a paid Buy action.
- For some Season 2 cases, the add-on may first require a free purchase or claim. Search for that add-on, complete the free claim, and then start the download.
- Wait until installation finishes, then relaunch WWE 2K26 and inspect the roster or pack menu.
A season-pass ownership message by itself does not prove that each pack is installed. The Marketplace listing and the download queue are the reliable checks for the installation state.
Reload a WWE 2K26 virtual game card on Nintendo Switch 2
Switch 2 uses a virtual game-card process that can leave the game unable to see newly entitled content until the card is reloaded.
- From the Home Menu, open Virtual Game Cards.
- Authenticate when prompted, choose Options, and select Eject from This System.
- Select Load on This System to reload the WWE 2K26 virtual game card.
- Launch WWE 2K26 again and check the roster and the relevant pack content.
If the add-on still does not appear, verify that the Nintendo ID that loaded the virtual card is the ID that purchased or redeemed the DLC.

Check DLC ownership and installation on Steam
- Confirm that the DLC is attached to the same Steam account that owns the WWE 2K26 base game.
- Allow Steam to finish downloading game and DLC updates. A queued or paused download can make an owned pack appear to be missing.
- After installation completes, relaunch WWE 2K26 and check the roster, MyFACTION and pack-specific menus.
The official WWE 2K information identifies Steam as a supported digital-purchase route but does not publish a separate Steam repair sequence. If the DLC remains absent after the account, download and relaunch checks, use the 2K Support escalation path rather than repeatedly purchasing the add-on.

Use the purchase format to locate the failure
| Purchase format | Evidence to check | Likely action |
|---|---|---|
| Digital storefront purchase | Store receipt, account identity, regional listing and download queue | Find the DLC in the same storefront and install it; restore the platform license where applicable. |
| Voucher or code | Redemption confirmation and the account to which the code was applied | Use that account to locate and download the claimed add-on. |
| Physical edition | Edition printed on the packaging or receipt, included code and disc region | Confirm that the code and account match the installed game region, then install the entitled DLC. |
A second code cannot create duplicate DLC
Entering another code for an edition you already own will not add a second copy of its wrestlers or packs. WWE 2K Support explains in WWE 2K26: Upgrading Editions or Purchasing Multiple Copies, updated July 8, 2026: “This is because once you’ve already put in the code from your first purchase, the DLC for that version has already been added and both the system and game mark your account as having it.”
When a duplicate code is rejected or produces no visible change, treat that as an entitlement confirmation rather than evidence that another purchase is needed. Return to the store installation and account checks.

Allow the normal delivery window
2K says content delivery can take a few hours during periods of high traffic. Keep the receipt and transaction details, complete the platform-specific installation step, and check the game again after the download has finished.
Escalate after 24 hours
If at least 24 hours have passed and the purchased content is still missing, submit a 2K Support ticket. The support guidance for missing or undelivered VC or content says: “If you have waited for at least 24 hours and still haven’t received any VC or content, we’re happy to look into it.” That article was updated July 7, 2026.

Include complete entitlement evidence
- Your PSN ID, Xbox Gamertag, Steam ID or Nintendo ID.
- Your country or region.
- The name of the missing wrestler, pack or add-on.
- The receipt or order confirmation.
- A screenshot of the platform transaction history.
- A screenshot of the WWE 2K26 DLC screen showing the missing content.
- The edition and purchase type: digital storefront, voucher/code or physical copy.
Describe the exact platform steps you completed and whether the store displayed Install, Owned, a free claim or a paid Buy button. That lets support separate a missing entitlement from a download or account-recognition problem.
A decision guide for the common symptoms
The season pass says owned, but no wrestlers appear
Open each included add-on in the platform store and check whether it has been downloaded. Install any item that is queued or absent from the download list, then relaunch WWE 2K26. Ownership of the pass does not guarantee that every individual add-on has already been installed.
The store shows Buy instead of Install
Do not purchase again immediately. Check the signed-in account, receipt region, edition and code-redemption history. If those match and the item should be included, restore the PlayStation license or contact support after the 24-hour window.
The code was accepted, but the content is not in the game
Confirm that the code was redeemed on the account now playing WWE 2K26, then find the claimed add-on in the storefront and install it. On Switch 2, eject and reload the virtual game card after the claim.
The download completed, but the roster is unchanged
Fully quit the game before checking again. Relaunch after all platform updates and DLC downloads finish, then check both the standard roster and MyFACTION because content can surface in a pack-specific menu rather than the main roster.
A second edition or code does nothing
The account may already have the edition’s DLC. The duplicate-copies guidance says the system and game mark that content as owned after the first code is applied. Use the existing entitlement to install the add-on instead of trying additional codes.
Quick Recap
Preventing another missing-DLC problem
- Keep the store receipt and transaction ID until every included pack is visible.
- Record which account redeemed a voucher or purchased the digital edition.
- After buying a season pass or edition, open the storefront’s individual add-on pages and confirm that downloads have completed.
- When troubleshooting, fully quit WWE 2K26 before restoring licenses, reinstalling an add-on or reloading the Switch 2 virtual game card.
- Wait at least 24 hours before escalating, unless the storefront reports a separate payment or account error that requires immediate action.
