According to secondary guides, you reach it by progressing the story into Lahai-Roi and then entering through the Sonoro Gate at Startorch Academy. Once inside, the guides report 16 treasure chests: 15 in Cherry Blossom Market and one in Illusion’s End. Kuro Games’ official 3.4 update notice confirms that the area exists, but the unlock sequence and item counts come from third-party guides, so verify them in game.
What Somnoire: Night City is
Kuro Games lists “Somnoire: Night City” as a collaboration area in its Version 3.4 update maintenance notice. The same notice also lists the episodic quest At Dream’s Edge. The publisher’s notice is the only official confirmation of this content; the routes, chest placements, and puzzle details below are taken from guides.

How to reach the area
Guides describe the following requirements. The official notice does not spell out the unlock sequence, so confirm each step in your own save.
- Story progress: advance the story into the Lahai-Roi section.
- Entry point: travel to Startorch Academy and find the Sonoro Gate.
- Upper market sections: the guide notes that the upper parts of the market open only once you have followed the story far enough, so keep progressing before you expect full access.
The two areas at a glance
The guide divides the content into two areas with very different scopes. Compare them by location and activity rather than treating them as interchangeable.

Route notes from the guide
- A restaurant room is locked and must be opened with a quickhack.
- Some rubble can be located with the sensor.
- A car-shop door is opened by hacking a camera.
- Paths run near the News Board and the Digital Inner World portal.
The guide does not tie each route note to a single zone, so use the zone list as your sweep order and the route notes as hints when a chest is not visible.

Illusion’s End holds the single chest the guides place there. BlueStacks puts it behind a truck near the lunar radome and names it “Untitled 18 by Brancesi, 2021.” WuWa Tools also places it near the lunar radome but describes the nearby vehicle as a buggy. Because the two descriptions differ, use the radome as your landmark and look for the vehicle on site rather than relying on either description.

Breach Protocol puzzles
BlueStacks reports 13 Breach Protocol puzzles. To solve one, select characters so they match the target strings, alternating between row and column selections.

The guide notes a practice terminal inside a locked room. You access it by hacking a nearby camera. Practice runs are repeatable, but the guide states that they do not award Pull Tabs.

Event rewards and current availability
WuWa Tools says the exploration area remains accessible after At Dream’s Edge. The same guide gives 2026-07-09 as the end date for the collaboration event chain and login rewards. That date is now past (this article is current as of October 8, 2026), so do not assume those rewards are still claimable. Check the in-game event menu for current availability or any reruns.
Reported figures and placements are from secondary guides rather than official statistics. If a chest or machine count does not match what you find, the in-game map is the authority.
