What does WRC 7 include?
Released on Steam on September 15, 2017, WRC 7 was developed by KT Racing and published by Nacon. Steam describes it as a game built around the 2017 World Rally Championship, with official cars and drivers, events in 13 countries, 52 special stages and multiple surfaces. Its review summary says players seeking the depth of a game such as Dirt Rally 2.0 may find WRC 7 lacking. That distinction matters more than the discount: the game may be a better fit if you want rally stages and a degree of driving challenge without committing to a more complex sim.

Is the $0.99 price really a new low?
Steam showed $0.99 against a regular US listing price of $19.99 when accessed October 7, 2026. Notebookcheck reported the offer as running through October 8. SteamDB separately records a lowest price of R$2.39 in its Brazilian-real display on October 1, 2026; that is a regional-currency record, not a US-dollar historical price. For a buyer deciding on the sale, the practical question is whether WRC 7’s lighter approach to simulation matches the kind of rally game they want. The low displayed price makes it an inexpensive way to try its 52 stages and local split-screen, provided the Windows requirements fit the intended PC.
