Why does Nolan North think a sequel could be so big?
At a Q&A at Gamergy in Puerto Rico in late August, North was asked whether he would return as Nathan Drake. As quoted by GamesRadar and Push Square, he replied: “110 percent, absolutely,” then said a new game could be “one of the biggest games ever” if Sony chose to make it. He added, “It just depends if Sony wants to make money.”

That is North’s opinion about a hypothetical sequel. The reports provide no statistic, ranking, or sales forecast to support treating “biggest” as an objective comparison.

Would Nolan North return as Nathan Drake?

Has a new Uncharted game been confirmed?
No. North said he had not heard anything about a new Uncharted game. GamesRadar describes the development talk as rumor, including a claim that a project might feature Drake “in some capacity”; ComicBook.com also says the rumors do not make his role clear. The reports do not confirm that a sequel exists, that Naughty Dog is making it, or that Drake would star.
