Blizzard’s World of Warcraft: Forever trailer presents a new permanent home in Azeroth, built around a level 1–60 journey through familiar continents with new and reimagined areas. Blizzard says it launches globally on November 4, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. PST; the official trailer listing is titled “World of Warcraft: Forever | Gameplay Trailer,” rather than “Your Adventure Begins.”

What is World of Warcraft: Forever?
Blizzard describes Forever as a new permanent home alongside modern and Classic World of Warcraft. Its story is set after Warcraft III Reforged: Forsaken Kingdom and before Molten Core. Rather than presenting it solely as an endgame destination, Blizzard frames the experience as a fresh progression from levels 1 to 60, with quests and locations throughout the journey. These are publisher descriptions of the planned game. Blizzard’s BlizzCon 2026 announcement provides the setting and launch details.
What does the trailer show and promise?
The official trailer description invites players to discover the Skyborne, explore new lands, and play the beta. Blizzard’s broader feature list positions Forever as a return to original Azeroth with new content, not simply a recreation of the original game.
