Then isolate the failure: a missing delivery method usually points to zone or rate setup; a broken locker map or list points to plugin or checkout rendering; and failed labels or missing tracking point to carrier credentials, shipment data, or fulfillment settings.
Omniva documents a WooCommerce module for Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania. The checks below apply to that integration; they do not establish compatibility with every WooCommerce version, checkout type, theme, or PHP release.

Why doesn’t the locker delivery option appear at checkout?
Check which WooCommerce shipping zone matches the shopper’s address before changing the carrier settings. WooCommerce applies the first zone that matches a customer, and each customer matches only one zone. If a broad zone appears above a more specific one, it can shadow the intended zone and its methods. WooCommerce’s shipping-zone documentation explains zone matching and ordering.

- Test with the intended destination. Confirm the shipping country and address entered at checkout. A different destination may match a different zone.
- Inspect the matching zone. In WooCommerce, open WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > Shipping zones and check that the zone covering that destination has the intended Omniva method.
- Review zone order. Put narrower zones above broader ones where their regions overlap.
- Check whether any method is available for the destination. If the zone has no applicable method, checkout may offer no shipping option. If the intended third-party method is absent from a zone, WooCommerce recommends treating a missing third-party method as an extension or custom-code issue and contacting its developer.
Do not troubleshoot a map that has not loaded until you know whether the shipping method itself is available. A missing method and a broken location selector are different failures.

Why does the locker map or location list fail to load?
If the Omniva shipping method appears but shoppers cannot see or choose a parcel terminal, investigate how the selector is rendered. Omniva identifies an outdated plugin and an unsupported custom theme as possible causes of a map or list that displays incorrectly or not at all. Update the plugin; if the problem persists, contact Omniva support through its e-shop integrations and support page.
Checkout type is another useful isolation point, not proof of a specific incompatibility. WooCommerce says shipping methods can display differently between shortcode and block checkout. Its shipping troubleshooting guide recommends testing with the default editor and core Cart and Checkout pages to help identify theme or page-related problems. A successful test on a core page narrows the cause; it does not by itself establish that Omniva supports every custom checkout or theme.

Why is the parcel-terminal rate missing?
First identify the rate basis configured for the Omniva method. Its WooCommerce manual documents simple, weight-based, and box-size-based rate configurations. The product-data requirement depends on that choice: Omniva states that a box-size rate will not work, and the method will not display, if even one product in the cart has no measurements. Check every cart item, not only the product most recently added.

- Box-size rate: Confirm all products in the cart have measurements recorded in WooCommerce.
- Weight-based rate: Check that the rate is configured for weight and that the products have the weight data the setup relies on.
- Simple rate: Confirm the method and rate are configured for the destination zone being tested.
These checks reflect the behavior documented in Omniva’s WooCommerce plugin manual. Its example prices are configuration examples, not a guarantee of current tariffs; use the current rates and settings available for your carrier account.

Why can’t I generate a shipping label?
Label creation depends on carrier access as well as a valid shipment. Omniva says data integration is available to business customers. Its onboarding instructions are to establish a business contract, tell the account manager that data integration is needed, and obtain the API credentials from that manager. If labels fail, Omniva advises checking the API credentials and updating the plugin on its integration support page. The API onboarding page describes the account setup path.
Before sending shipment data, verify the recipient and parcel details. Omniva says B2C shipment data is automatically forwarded and confirmed and cannot be edited afterward. If submitted data is wrong, correct it and send it again; the original barcode cannot be reused. Treat that as a reason to validate shipment details before confirmation rather than relying on post-submission edits.

Why didn’t my customer receive tracking?
Omniva says the tracking link is automatically emailed once an order is fulfilled. Its WooCommerce manual also describes a setting to include tracking information in WooCommerce order emails. If a buyer reports no tracking, check that the order has been marked fulfilled, then inspect the order’s tracking number or link and the plugin’s tracking-in-email setting. The relevant instructions are in Omniva’s integration support information and WooCommerce manual.
Which Omniva delivery method should I configure?
Omniva’s manual covers parcel-terminal and courier delivery methods with country-specific settings. Choose the method that matches the shopper’s intended delivery, the destination zone you serve, and the rate basis your store can support with its product data.
